The Hoffman Auto group is the only place I will buy a car. My latest purchase was a 2017 Audi RS7. Dylan Bigge my salesman afforded me all the time I needed to test drive multiple cars, before settling on the exact one I wanted. It doesn't stop at the sale either with them. After buying the car I quickly realized I needed a winter tire package. I called Dylan and he arranged to have it installed the very next day after my call. I also asked Dylan about a radar/ laser detection system for the car. Dylan quoted me the price and arranged the install next door at Hoffman Porsche. Save excellent experience next door, Lou and Ethan at the Porsche dealership both took excellent care of me all the way through the process from the loaner vehicle, to explaining the functions of the radar / Laser system.
In a time where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, come to Hoffman Audi of East Hartford, it is here and now where the best customer service resides. From the moment you walk through the doors to the moment you leave. Let's face it, when your car breaks down, there really is no good time for car trouble, after speaking with Elliot Matos and Olivia Roy, it was really no trouble at all. After speaking with Audi Customer Care over the phone and being told I would need to speak to the service manager at my local Audi dealer to help me resolve my issue, I expected some sort of resistance or push-back but got nothing. Instead I got the following, "what kind of Dealer would we be if we didn't take care of our customers". I was not expecting that. The whole process was seamless and pleasant, from the shuttle to work to picking up a loaner (2017 S-Line), to Audi covering the complete repair under an extended warranty with no questions. The Hoffman Auto group should stand proud with employees like Olivia and Elliot who are naturals when it comes to utilizing soft skills and dealing with people. A big thanks to everyone over at Hoffman!

The facility was wonderful the experience was TERRIBLE. The primary purpose for the appointment was to address the air bag recall. After beingb put onoa list it to many months to finally get a call for the service. When we picked up thet car we found out that they didn't have the parts for the air bag. They also said that they needed to jump the car everyday because the batter, which was 2 months old, needed to be replaced. Hmmmmmm... NOT HAPPY
My salesman, Miguel, was great (would have given him 10 stars!). Was a bit disappointed with how long it took to get the vehicle and the delays from the Finance group and other logistics. I live in Massachusetts and always end up buying in Connecticut because they just give you better pricing and Hoffman did not disappoint!

Great service. They always go above and beyond. The routine maintenance service visits are the best, it s like you come back to a new car. The bad visits are just as good, when they bring your baby back to life. Also, prices are affordable, you re paying for some of the best mechanics to work on your car and it shows. Hoffman is great all across the board. I have 3 Hoffman Serviced Lexus s, this was my first venture out... and I like it!
Checked out an "on" air bag light and mist racking wires. Reasonable cost and great customer service. Love the shuttle to downtown --Tom is friendly and gets you where you need to be efficiently.

Based on the responsiveness and genuine offer to fix their error I've revised the rating to 4 stars. I truly appreciate the dealership responding, apologizing, and offering to make it right! To me that's a sign of quality customer service. Ultimately, I'm more interested in this not happening again rather than trying to fix the slight error. I think 3 stars is unfair at this point.
My original 3 star review is below: As a disclaimer: I'm very particular about my car's paint. I brought the car to one of the best detailers in the state and had paint correction done and a top of the line ceramic coating applied shortly after having the car delivered. I take my time and wash and detail my car very carefully by hand.
For those that don't want to read much - the service was performed and, against my wishes, the car was washed and now has a less than perfect finish.
Audi offers a complimentary car wash when you have your car serviced. I brought my car in for the 10K mile service and to get my summer tires put on. I specifically asked to NOT receive the wash for three reasons. First because I'm very particular and have heard bad things about car washes at dealers (not Hoffman in particular). Second because I know that I will put much more effort and care into washing my car than anyone else washing it and, finally, if someone was going to accidentally scratch or hurt the finish of the car then I would rather it be me.
Turns out my car was washed and now has scratches where the finish was previously perfect. The fact my request was forgotten or ignored is very dissettling. Fortunately the service was completed!
Stacey is amazing, I highly recommend anyone who is in the market for a new car go see her! She is the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever interacted with when buying a car. I never felt pressured and was given the best information to make an informed decision on my own. Stacey was upfront and set great expectations throughout the process. I was nervous to lease a vehicle and after working with her I was put at ease! When I came to pick up the car it was waiting in the showroom with a big red bow, which goes to show the level of detail Stacey goes to to ensure a happy customer. I also worked with Jackie on the leasing agreement and she was just as easy to work with, she made me feel comfortable with the purchase and handled everything very professionally!
Best delar for any Audi you are in the market for. They do everything for you. If you already have a car in mind you just have to call one of their sales rep and they will do everything by phone and you just have to come in to sign documents. This dealer is by far the most professional one we have ever done business with.
I am completely dissatisfied with the level of service I received from the service department at Hoffman Audi (East Hartford) on Friday August 2, 2019. Thursday, I noticed that the rearview mirror of the A3 I purchased from Hoffman in East Hartford had become detached from the windshield and was hanging by the wiring. Friday morning, I went to the dealership and spoke to the service department. They stated that they could not re-attach the rearview mirror and instead that I needed a whole new windshield. Instead of standing by their product, they advised me to falsely report the windshield had a chip/crack in it and file an insurance claim to get a new windshield. So, my insurance will be affected and have to pay for Audi not standing by their product? Moreover, I find it troubling that instead of doing the right thing and fixing the defective product, Audi employees advised me to commit insurance fraud. I will not spend another $20K+ dollars at this dealership. Lesson learned.
My recent experience with Hoffman Audi and my sales person, Adrian Hester exceeded in my expectations in every way - making the purchase of my new Q5 Quattro the best I could have imagined. Adrian is extremely knowledgeable, explained everything in very clear terms, made the test drive really pleasant and the negotiation process incredibly smooth and fair. I changed the color of the car I was looking for mid-way through the process and Adrian was completely unfazed.
He took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the car (or could possibly absorb) at delivery. The financing process took almost no time and the finance person was also very thorough and helpful.
I couldn't be more happy with everything about the process and would strongly recommend Adrian and Hoffman Lexus!!
Unfortunately I do not have the level of satisfaction that I am seeing from some of the reviewers here regarding their Hoffman Audi experience. I purchased an A4 from a family member, which was purchased new from Hoffman. The first 30k miles were great, however, since then I have replaced a high pressure fuel pump, an O2 sensor and now my turbo needs to be replaced, all of which are out of warrantee and out of pocket expenses. The turbo replacement is a recent issue, I brought the car to Hoffman about 2 months ago with questions regarding the engine, Hoffman noted on my paperwork that the turbo was making loud noises, however, they could not diagnose the issue. 2 months later my Turbo goes and it is out of warrantee. This is certainly not the level of quality I would expect from Hoffman. I have taken it upon myself to contact Corporate Audi and Corporate mentioned that Hoffman has not been returning their calls regarding potentially compensated repairs to my vehicle. To top it off, when I brought the vehicle to a well respected local German car mechanic to take a look and replace the 02 sensor, he said there was physical damage and the sensor was fastened with a zip tie. Hoffman is the only other mechanic that has ever worked on the car. Hopefully Corporate Audi can do something to help with the replacement of the Turbo as that is a significant expense which has been out of warrantee for 2k miles. I wish I had a better story to provide, I love Audi's and I will be purchasing another despite the issues I am facing at the time. However, I think I will go to a different dealer and hope for an improved level of customer service.
Hoffman was incredible with their service and gave me a beautiful loaner for an extended period of time while a part came in. Athena, was wonderful and incredibly helpful.
Horrible buying experience, the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with,.. lazy, incompetent, deceitful and evasive are some words that come to mind... I am so turned off by this experience, not only will I never be back here, I will never buy another Audi or any vehicle in the Volkswagon family...
I picked up a new Audi S4 from Adrian Hester at Hoffman Audi recently and overall it was a great experience. They worked with me throughout the negotiations and overall we came to an agreement on the car that worked for both parties. I had recently picked up a car from another dealer and was extremely put off by the games with the Finance Manager and was glad to not have to deal with any of that with Drew at Hoffman Audi.
As horrid as it can be to buy a car sometimes, I'd head back to Hoffman Audi on the next go around and would recommend Adrian and Drew to anyone in the future.

Drove off in my new 2016 A3 convertible! My wife and I had an excellent experience during the whole process with Peter Helou. He helped us go through the large inventory they have there and got us to the right one! The current deal for the A3 convertible is awesome.
My appointment was for 10 o clock. It was for a recall. When asked they told me it would take approximately 2 hours. I was picked up and waited for a text. After 3 hours I called and got a machine. I texted to the number I was given and never got a response. I returned 5 hours later to the the supervisor not sure if my car was done. When I expressed my surprise I was told that others stayed and waited for their cars. I wasn t told that was a condition on the speed at which my car got fixed. I felt I should have been told this. When I arrived no one was working because they were receiving Christmas bonuses out front in the showroom. This was why he had to go find and get my car which he said couldn t be washed because the guys were out in the front receiving their bonuses. I was very unhappy with my treatment and service.
The service was pleasant. Athena was very thorough but quick. She kept constant communication through the day so I knew what to expect and when the car would be done.
Brought my Audi in for a air bag recall / not really impressed if you compare to the service at my BMW dealership. BMW washed and vacuumed my car, Audi did none of that.
I recently brought my wife's 2017 Q5 in for service after experiencing some issues with the vehicle stalling out randomly. Upon arrival I was greeted by Service Advisor Jason McGinnis. He was very understanding of my situation and provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire repair process. From our buying experience at Hoffman Audi to our experience with the service department and everything in between, Hoffman Audi has been by far the best dealership I have ever bought a vehicle from and had a vehicle serviced at.

Great experience. I went to many different places for a car loan, everyone of them disappoint me. At Hoffman Audi in East Hartford, Connecticut get me into a new vehicle that same day to help me establish a good credit score. I wanted a Audi A6 so bad but Ron explains things to me, he let me know why I cannot get approved for it this moment. At the end, I drove out of the parking lot with a certified pre-owner car and the smile on my face was priceless. Thanks God and Ron at Hoffman Audi for making things possible for me. Ron is the guy in that place. Ask for him whenever, you want to get a vehicle.
Hoffman Audi has unsuccessfully tried to repair a leak in the air conditioning system of my new car at least three times prior. Each time they replace the Freon which only runs out in a couple months. This was the fourth time I ve brought the car in for the same service with the same results.
I ve been a Hoffman customer for over 15 years with purchase of Lexus s & most recently with my Audi. This past service was disappointing. They said my car was ready that it was serviced, washed & vacuumed but it was not vacuumed. Just took me by surprise as it was something they always did in the past.

i am very disapointed with the Hoffman Audi in East Hartford ct. After i signed the paperwork they offered to help me refinance the loan after 1 year. Now after numerous emails and voice mail calls I have yet to get a response in 3 weeks. I expected much better customer service at Hoffman Audi.

Today was my 1st time here and I will definitely be back. I have just bought my 1st Audi and only had 1 key and a new key fob not progrmad yet. When I got there Rob the assistant service manager who said about 10 minutes ani would be on my way. 45 minutes later he said I was all set. The bill was $145.00 plus tax . Rob told me he was sorry for the delay and there was no charge. Way to go Haffman Audi. I will bring my new toy back for all my service. Thank you Rob for your help and you made a customer for life.
I bought a 2014 Toyota Prius from Hoffman Audi. Sylvester Evans was my sales person. He was very friendly and accommodating. He even took care of all of the registration and delivered the car directly to my house! Highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Mark Natter was truly exceptional to work with in purchasing my new S4. Myself and my girlfriend went in looking to both lease new vehicles and Mark was able to efficiently provide us accurate informative information in aiding us make the right decision. My girlfriend also wanted to get a new car but was undecided as to what size SUV she wanted. We explained to Mark her needs and wants and she test drove the Q3 which she fell in love with. Mark never pressured us and truly made our decision to get into our new cars a breeze. We had previously visited other dealerships and it was night in day with their staff as opposed to Mark at Hoffman Audi of East Hartford. I must have received 5 phone calls in 3 days from a different dealership I visited(along with the whole guilt trip and not allowing us to leave) whereas Mark made us both feel at ease and extremely comfortable with the decision we ended up making. Once we both agreed upon ourdeals for an S4 and Q3 with Mark, he was extremely helpful in handling all the additional paperwork and really made this experience great. Buying a car can be a big nerve racking decision however that was all eliminated here due to how smoothly and comfortable this experience was. Stay away from their service department One bad experience was replacing a water pump at 35K miles. They said it was leaking. I had not noticed it. The paperwork they submitted to Audi for the warranty work stated that the "customer" stated that it was difficult to maintain the coolant level. When I called them they said they have to say that even if it isn't true in order to get Audi to cover it. There was no leak.
More recently I bought it in for a noise coming from the front end. They replaced a wheel bearing and a differential. The noise was still there when I brought it home! They also said that a brake job I had done by an independent shop was inadequate.
I brought it to another independent shop to check the brakes and the still present noise. They said the brake job was fine and I should go to another Audi dealer for the noise.
Inskip Audi solved my problems. They also said the brakes were fine and fixed the noise. It was a transmission problem.
Hoffman Audi spoke negatively of other work that was good, did unnecessary repairs and did not do the proper work. Beware!
My boyfriend and I had a very unpleasant experience here. He had called a head of time to let them know what he was interested in and the payment range he preferred to stay in. When we arrived for our appointment, the sales associate was unavailable so we were passed off to the next available one. Once he sat us down he told us that we basically just couldn't afford the car - that's it. He didn't try and work with us or suggest other cars. As soon as the sales associate we had an appointment with became available, we were again passed off. While the next gentleman was a bit more willing to listen, he too looked past what my boyfriend was telling him about his preferences in a car and payment. It's unfortunate that neither sales associate were willing to really work with us and try to sell my boyfriend a car...it's also unfortunate that since we are a younger couple we are often overlooked. They knew his preferences before we even showed up there and we were told that they would "crunch some numbers" before we got in...which didn't happen so it felt like a waste of our time. Overall, it was very disappointing.
Adrian Hester and the team at Hoffman Audi are excellent! Just bought second S3 from Adrian and both experiences were flawless. Easy to work with, very fair pricing on what we traded and what we bought. Adrian turned around the deal, including aftermarket window tints, in 24 hours! Great holiday present!
My wife and I had a great car buying experience with Amaury Bruno. He is very knowledgeable about all of the features and functions and takes his time explaining everything. He was great during the test drive. Knew his product, and was able to contrast Audi performance and equipment versus competing models & brands. Price negotiations were no pressure, fair and professional. I highly recommend Amaury and Hoffman Audi.

This is my 2nd purchase from Hoffman Audi and I didn't think it could possibly and better than the first and once again blew all expectation's, just like it was the first time!
I was very fortunate and my first purchase was a 2010 Audi S5 Metallic Black that one of the Hoffman's drove for a short time,god did I love that car like nothing I've ever driven before!! Here I am almost 6 year's later and when my life circumstances changed and I knew I wanted another Audi there was NO question where I was buying from,it was so nice taking all the normal car buying stress out of the process that just buying a new car brings. Now in a 2016 Audi S4 Premium Quatro, 4 door my heart fluttered the same way it did the first time I walked threw the doors. One of the most Important things I feel as a returning client, I noticed today the faces and the names were the same, that speaks volume's to me as a consumer 6 year's later returning! Think about it how many dealerships can you honestly say 6 years later, same Staff that in itself speaks volumes. The automobile industry anyone will tell you is high over turn of employee's,its a tough job,long hour's,nights,weekends and the Hoffman Team was still their!
I apologize for the long review but, I feel so strongly about this group, PLEASE don't let another dealer quote you $ 500.00 less and you bail, I promise you get what you pay for. Look at the long run, how much is your time worth, think about it ????

I had a great experience buying a car from Hoffman Audi. Marco, the sales guy, was very helpful and knew the answer to every one of my questions. The showroom is beautiful and there s an extensive inventory to check out. The sales team is clearly very busy, but I still felt like I was taken care of. Definitely worth checking out if you re in the market for a high end car!

Hoffman Audi was my third dealership in connecticut I stopped at.William Morales displayed a very positive attitude and most importantly listened to what I was looking for and put me in the right car. Will also knew the car seemed to really like the car and it carried over to me buying it from Hoffman Audi. I also got less B.S in negotiation that made for better experience. When I picked up my new 2016 A6 in the showroom (relaxed atmosphere) I met the tech who made sure everything was detailed I loved that!
