From the second I walked in the door, service writer was more interested in upselling me on added services at inflated prices then hearing about my vehicles issues. It appears your car is normal if you don t get a code. The fact that my car has a rough idle in the morning on a cold start and has loud shifting or engine noises when I travel at highway speeds, doesn t matter because no code is triggered therefore normal . I guess the old fashioned mechanics that could actually trouble shoot and diagnose a problem must all work at smaller privately owned shops. Audi just hires code readers! Waiting for my car to break down most likely on the highway at rush hour. Maybe then it will trigger a code! Thanks Audi.
