I recently purchased a used 2006 A4 from Hoffman and I am extremely satisfied with the service department. Right up front, my car had some warranty work that needed to get done and it was done efficiently and all people involved were very helpful during this stressful time. Every time my car gets serviced, I feel like part of the Hoffman family since everyone says hi to me and makes sure I am well taken care of.
