I can only say that my experience buying this car and trading in a lease at Mercedes was Professional, friendly and was a great experience. Thank you Steve for your patience, your help in directing me to the car that was right for me and working with me to make this as easy as it could be. I felt you were an advocate for me and got me the best car at the best price, then took the time, almost 90 minutes going over all the features of the car so I could really experience my car the second I drove it off the lot. I would highly recommend them and this whole Audi team for a great experience. Jackie was great helping me to get all the paperwork done and was very friendly and caring in the whole process
