I just brought my 2016 A6 home after a 55k mile inspection. This was the first time I had to pay for a service so the $1800 bill was a big pill to swallow. Three stars because I love the work done by the mechanics but only three because the other departments are a bit of a dissapointment. Every time after a service appointment my car would glisten but today they decided not to wash it. It was covered in road salt, now would be the time to clean it! Also, I've previously declined service for my tires/wheels because it's covered by a third party. Of course I didn't ask which services would be performed but as I mentioned, the last time, I was specifically asked about balance/alignment. $350 out the window for something that was performed 10k miles ago. And just because I'm sour about this visit, the water machine is fun but I miss the cans of Diet Coke, the snacks are gone, and there are no more breakfast sandwiches. I feel like someone is sacrificing the customer experience and I'm not happy.
