I recently purchased a new Audi Q5 through Hoffman Audi in East Hartford.
The dealership and its sales staff were professional and very knowledgeable offering a stress free buying experience.

The first time when I stopped by the dealership at lunch hour and without appointment.
I was greeted by Adrian Hester who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, incredibly patient and made me comfortable. No pressure, only personal attention, courteous.

When time to go over the car at pick up, Adrian took the time to explain everything in detail and helped me with all my settings and phone contact transfer/set up. Adrian is awesome!

Over all the purchase of this vehicle was a great experience, easy and hassle free.
