I have had my car serviced at Hoffman Audi East Hartford several times and am very pleased with their service department and dealership. My service manager (Athena) is a true professional. She has made my visits painless and has gone above and beyond each time. I am not an easy customer to please, but this dealership has earned my respect and loyalty.
