Andrew Daniels was an excellent salesperson - I had three hours to purchase my new Q7 and Andrew couldn't have been more proficient, professional, and courteous. He anticipated questions I needed to ask, helped expedite the financials, coordinated with service, all with humor and kindness despite a very tight timeline. His follow up has been perfect - again, sharing information on the car that i hadn't had time to learn but needed to know, calling once or twice to make sure i transitioned well.
