This was our FIRST experience with Hoffman. We purchased our 2015 Audi S5 in Pennsylvania, knowing we'd eventually use Hoffman for service. We didn't think we'd need it at only 2400 miles!
While washing the car yesterday my husband noticed there were two VERY significant sidewall bubbles on one of our front tires. Knowing the seriousness of the situation, and not knowing how long they'd been there, he started calling around to see if he could get a new tire. Given that it was 3PM on a Saturday and the tire was a performance tire, we weren't having any luck.
Needless to say he called Hoffman and explained the situation. Without hesitation they recognized the situation as an "emergency" and told us to bring in the car....even though the Service Department closed at 4PM. When I arrived there at 3:25, without an appointment, the service manager Athena Lindquist was BEYOND pleasant and helpful; not something you usually find in a Service Department! They took the car back and had the tire replaced in no time. Not one attitude that it was almost closing time and no extra premiums given it was an urgent situation!
We have owned a lot of cars and can honestly say this was the BEST service experience we've ever had. Given that it was our first experience at Hoffman and we didn't purchase the car from this dealership, we were beyond impressed with the level of service and helpfulness we received. We look forward to a continued relationship with Hoffman Audi as we'll most certainly be back! Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation, so positive!
