I wasn't happy. I made an appointment for 7am more than a week in advance for a recall. I checked in at 1pm on my car and was told it's not ready. I asked if my car would be ready at 2pm when I was leaving work, was told no. I was told they need the car all day. Seven plus hours is not enough time, really? If a recall does need more time, shouldn't the Hoffman service advisor tell the customer in advance? This mess could have easily been avoided with just a little communication.
