My service specialist Rocky did an outstanding job. From setting up my appointment to staying in touch with me during the day while my car was being serviced. I travel from Vermont to have my Audi serviced by Hoffman in Hartford. I find they have been extremely honest and straightforward with me and have done a great job servicing my Q7.
