Fantastic service!!..Rocky Subramani was extremely courteous and helpful!! He reminded me that my 20K tune-up had been included as part of the purchase of our Q7 - this led to a significant cost savings when I was in for an oil change and ended up with the additional services free of charge.In addition, I was provided with excellent wifi and a work space to use as needed. Overall, a great experience and exactly what I ve come to expect from Hoffman!!
