I went to this dealer to order a car. Dylan Bigge was very helpful. To my luck he found that the exact car I wanted was coming into the port. He called me every day and updated me on the status of the car. The car came in exactly when he said it would. Dylan sent me all the paperwork via email. When I arrived at the dealer the car was there as promised ready to go and it was the one I wanted with all the options I had asked for and without the options I didn't want. No tricks or games. I was in and out of finance quickly and Dylan took the time in the rain to help me set up all the high tech apps, google earth, bluetooth and car play. He showed me how to use everything on the car. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I highly recommend him and Hoffman Audi. Five stars well deserved.
