Rocky Subramani of Hoffman Audi Hartford provided excellent customer service.
After bringing my car to two other Audi dealerships over the last several months ......with no resolution of my continuous dead battery - I was beyond frustrated before coming to East Hartford.
Rocky S. carefully explained the service process, provided an accurate estimate of approximate cost and communicated clearly the steps needed to diagnose the problem. He called me daily to tell me the status of my electric assessment of my car and the progress made to date. He was an excellent communicator, caring and concise.
I would highly recommend Hoffman Audi East Hartford - they have a Service Department that excel at what they do. My car issues were all resolved and it was a pleasure working with their staff.
