I bought a car from the Hoffman Audi in East Hartford, CT. I absolutely would not waste my time again.

I bought a gap policy, I was told by Drew to call him anytime and let him know if I wanted to cancel and he would take care of it. I email him on 2/19/16, and emailing him after 24 hours everyday, he decides to respond to me on the 24tgh, meanwhile no one else in the office gives a crap either because they ignore me also. He tells me on the 24th, that it will take 6-8 weeks for me to get a reiumbursement, which is fine, I check in with Drew around the 5-6 week mark for a follow up tells me the same thing. I email him on the 8 week mark, and of course Ifet no response. When it comes time for Audi take people's money they have no problem upselling and overcharging. But when it comes time to request a refund, it all of a sudden becomes a burden. I have emailed all managers in the office and not a single one has responded back to me. This is unacceptable and by far the worst service from dealership I have gotten.
