When my husband and I entered the Audi showroom we were politely greeted by Steve Steller. He was thorough and knowledgeable about the Q5 and invited us to ask as many questions as needed on our test drive. This was our first time driving an Audi and explained to him that we were going to compare with other cars. He understood and explained that he won't annoy us with continuous pushy phone calls but were welcome to come back as much as needed. We returned a second time after narrowing down our decisions between two vehicles. When we returned to the dealership, Steve was busy with another customer and didn't want us to have to wait for an extended time and that also he needed to leave early so he asked another salesperson, Ron, to assist us. Ron was personable and also very helpful. Thank you Steve and Ron for not making a car purchase a difficult and negative experience. Women purchasing a car will feel respected at this dealership.
