Unfortunately, the service here is terrible. On two seperate incidents, I was told that the parts for my vehicle were in. Upon arriving at the dealership, I am THEN told that the parts are in fact NOT in. Complete waste of time. They will spin it that it's not their fault but a simple phone call would have done the job.
