The service technician was amiable and helpful, the work was done quickly, and the service underwriter kept me informed at every step of the process. It s rare that I rate anything five stars, but the team at Hoffman Audi was exceptional. This wasn t a simple oil change or checkup - they dropped a new engine into my car.
