Took a very long time to repair my vehicle, when I call to make appointments I have to call multiple times to get Someone on the phone. If I m paying top dollar for a luxury vehicle I expect my service to be nothing but great, and in my experience it has not been too good. I love audi but if they want me to continue buying cars from them the service needs to get better, switching to Mercedes isn t hard.
