We had an less than pleasant initial experience at Hoffman. Tony S. called us to see why after he saw our review. Although my experience wasnt good initially, the call with Tony really changed my mind about Hoffman Audi. He was extremely concerned, and his sincerity was that of someone who truly cared. He wasn't just going through the motions. If I could just rate Tony, he'd be a 6 out of 5. Thank you.
