Very nice comfortable place in the right place.

You can access plenty of tourist please in few minutes.
Good thing is right next to the station.

Hotel looked lovely and we felt really special, but our room had an issue with the water tank which caused it to make a banging noise all night. Didn't sleep amazingly
Great place, nice hotel in Central London. The Cafe has great range of choices from food to drinks. A cosy, nice place to rest or have a meeting.
My favourite Hilton. No, there's no pool. Yes it's dated and lifts are slow and few. Yes, it's overpriced and bits are tired. But it's the only one that feels like a proper railway hotel.
Attached to Paddington station you can be from train to hotel in a couple of minutes.
Staff are efficient though maybe not the friendliest. Rooms are notably bigger than you come to expect in London and I've never had a problem with noise.
Hilton breakfast is always excellent - get an inclusive rate though as the price otherwise is insane.
This is the sort of place that I would really like to give a better review to. The building is lovely, and the rooms i had (I've stayed there 3 times this year) are nicely decorated in a "
30s" style. It's also super convenient being in Paddington station. HOWEVER: the elevators are terrible. I visited twice, a week apart, and the same elevator was out of service both times. This wouldn't be a major issue except that the working elevators are SO SLOW.. omg. Expect a five or more minute wait. It became a running joke that everyone I met in the elevators commented on the problem. Also, the air conditioning SUCKS. I was there during a few days where the temperature went into the upper 20s celcius... And the room just got warmer and warmer. This appears to be another known issue. Finally, please get more people on the front desk. You're a Hilton, not a small local hotel.
A beautiful building set right in the heart of Paddington. Excellent service and spacious, well serviced rooms. Gracious and polite staff. A good breakfast and a shoutout for the staff member who puts the playlist together in Carriages Resturant! The Executive Lounge is well appointed and a quick walk down directly into Paddington Station and the Underground where a M&S and Sainsbury outlet offer most items. Very convenient. A great stay.
Lovely building, I love the interior design in the building, friendly staff, good prices, nice food and service.
They didnt mention the construction when booking. You cant get dropped at hotel. You cant escape the noise. No taxi service unless you walk 5 minutes thru train station .
I didn't eat there but the feedback that I got from my friends who were very good staff were very good and friendly the door man was more than helpful
Very convenient hotel for travel and getting to Heathrow. The staff are lovely and welcoming and the rooms in the GWR Tower section are very nice and spacious. Executive lounge is very good too.
Close to airport express station. Perfect location.
Excellent Venue for hosting large conference meetings
Awful! No heating in executive room. The worst hotel in London
Enjoyable stay with a perfect location (easy access to the tube).
The meeting and conference facilities are great in this hotel. However, the rooms are slightly dated and not necessarily deserving of the rates charged. Location is great, if you need the train and the staff is helpful.
Great location for public transport. Lovely rooms. Nice food
Went for High Tea in Carriages. Tea was fantastic but the place lacked ambience.
Lovely rooms, great lobby area and building. Breakfast was tasty good selection.
Location was brilliant. Just beside the Paddington train station. Few halal food for Muslim travellers.cottage chicken, mickys fish n chips, tuk din, Java u all within 5 min walking distance. It's only 10 min bus ride to marble arch/Oxford Street. Third time staying here and loving it.
Ok but very thrifty hotel, everything is not free. Not even water and wifi
very nice hotel in an excellent location and with great service. the executive lounge is top notch. I would highly recommend rooms in the GWR tower as they are newly renovated and have more room and nice amenities. also, the drinks in the 146 bar are great with amazing service as well. the concierge was willing to keep our luggage while we toured the city. really top notch all the way around.
Long queue for both check in and out (I had a query about the bill). Service in the restaurant was slow. Even though I'd asked for service charge to be removed from the bill and was when I signed it it was back on when I checked out. It was then a hassle to get it removed as part of check out - I suppose they are relying on unsuspecting foreign tourists just to accept it! Not impressed.
Not the best. Had no hot water in the shower for 2 nights. And the room I got was so loud, you constantly hear the train goes by.
Centrally located in central london hooked to paddington train station
Hilton.... So it's rare you get a bad experience. Very convenient location.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location . Just next to Paddington Station and easy access to whenever you want to go . But the staff who work at the receptionist is not proffessional at all . They dont even appreciate Diamond member . We arrived in the hotel at 2 p.m and the first staff name Maheena said that we get upgrade and ask us to wait for 1 hour at Executive Lounge as the room not ready yet . At 3 p.m we go to the reception desk again and ask the staff if our room is ready or not. The second staff name Mirumma (i dont remember exactly her name , skinny russian girl) said that there was no room for us . She said that they only have standard room ready . No king room available at all. While the first staff Maheena said we get upgrade to deluxe room . This russian girl is lying at all . Even a diamond member , we still have to stay at freaking 3rd floor . Back to the story , after a lot of argue . We ask her to called Maheena and ask about the room that Maheena promise to us . Maheena ask Mirumma "what about the room that I assigned to them" .. she said the room is not available . This russian girl is so rude even to customer . She need to get more training and never lie to customer . Be more proffessional .
For executive lounge , the food and drinks is awesome .
Great position for the station, but Paddington itself is not somewhere i would choose to hang out. The hotel itself is nice enough, check-in was a bit slow considering it was 10pm and not busy. Room is a reasonable size, as always I seem to have the longest walk from the lift though! Tea and coffee making, big screen tv, iron, free wifi etc. Bed comfortable and slept well. Bathroom is functional but a bit dated. Clean and tidy though. The "City view" I booked would be stretching it a little. Mostly a view of the station roof. But hey, you don't book this hotel for the view. Convenient for both stations, tube and mainline, therefore also for Heathrow express, which is why I'm here. Overall good experience, would stay again next time I'm over for business.
Was supposed to be a lovely weekend, terrace suite room with a view. Turns out you can t get cold water on the 6th floor so if you like getting burned that s the floor you want. Come to change rooms without a terrace and they send us to a room that not even been clean, genuinely someone had just rolled out of bed. During this current climate you would have thought they would be more careful! Next room we go in to, don t get me wrong it s clean but the shower barely even works... sorry but I just want a decent shower, too much to ask for here. Lovely manger trying to help with champagne but don t think it could have ruined our anniversary anymore! Do not recommend at all!
one of my best Cozy hotels in London. The location is very good closr to the Edgware Road ( Arab Road). Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, quite connected to Paddington train station.
Super fast check in, friendly staff and the food at the restaurant was amazing. A lady named Cynthia at the Restaurant was Very professional. She really deserves commendation.
Went to meet my friends visiting from Hong Kong. Rooms are quite dated. Fried told me the mattress she slept on was dented. Had breakfast there, food was ok. Reception and staff are all very friendly and helpful though.
Nice afternoon tea. Sconces a bit overcooked but fresh and tasty. Nice selection of pastry and sandwiches.
It s Hilton so I d expect some standards. The reception is slow for check in/out and doesn t provide much useful information. The chambermaids stare as you leave so you don t feel too welcome. Otherwise, great location.
Compromise. Stay in the city center or stay far away from it all? Or stay in between and use the underground a lot? We compromised and ended up at the Paddington Station Hotel by Hilton. I think it was a good idea to do this because the hotel was literally part of the station and made getting in and around extremely easy. The hotel itself was nice too with many amenities that you expect with the Hilton brand.
Great locale, definitely going to stay here again since it s right by the station.
Starting to show its age. Some polishing is needed.
It was absolutely amazing, the service during the lockdown was also good. The bar and restaurant as well as other facilities were not open, unfortunately but I still had an amazing stay.
The room was very big and spacious, clean but there were problems with the thermostat.
Elisha at the front desk was amazing, she was kind, understanding and offered good advice on things to do during the lockdown.
I will definitely be booking again!
Lovely, spacious old-style hotel. Friendly, polite & helpful staff.
Decent sized rooms in a large old building. Incredibly convenient for the railway station but you pay a lot for that compared to nearby hotels.
If you have to roll out of bed onto a train or the Heathrow express it's hard to beat however.
Would have given negative if I could. Soldered in heat 2 nights since air duct was blocked. All they could offer was to open the window and put a small desk fan since no other rooms were available.
Friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms well equipped. Well located right next to Paddington station with Heathrow Express rail. Near to restaurants and such .....only negative would be pricey though for the average budget.
Awful service, and very average to poor room. Unbelievably bad value
Great reception team. Very good location. Good hotel gym. Excellent exec lounge.
Extremely poor service. Had meeting at hotel bar and asked concierge to charge my phone after. The guy simply refused, despite having an unused charger right there. Like: right there. So ridiculous. Had to ask for the manager to get it charged. #hierarchies #empowerment
Wonder what their staff meetings look like? "Rule #1: NEVER charge someone's phone without seeking approval from manager before".
Our experience with this hotel was terrible from the time we checked in. 1 of our rooms had no lights and the room was dirty but we couldn't see because there were no lights. Called front desk but they only answer from 9 to 5. Then they lock my 80 year old Aunt out of her room for over an hour until I had to go to from desk and sort it out (a booking error on their part) and when we complained Eric the manager did nothing. And I am still waiting for the hotel to respond that was 4 days ago I'm beginning to wonder if Hilton is aware of this situation at this hotel no one cares about guest. Or is this Hilton's way?
This hotel is situated in a top location which is right at Paddington station. It makes this hotel very easy to move around London and also have access to trains that are on the regional lines. The hotel itself has a nice size breakfast area and the rooms are comfortable. The tower wing is higher in quality and the rooms are renovated. There is a bar also attached to the hotel but it lacks a vibe and I haven t seen it to be busy. The executive lounge has a nice little view of Paddington station but it does get fairly congested in there during busy periods. The tower executive lounge looks like it is closed and not sure if it is being renovated or shut down. Overall a good hotel to stay in.
Great central London hotel with access to most major tube lines and Heathrow airport. Good breakfast, executive lounge and staff professional and helpful. Room Was spacious and bed, bathroom, and towels were all high quality. Would recommend.
Wasted christmas holliday!
The last two years we decided to spend our christmas holliday in London. Last year 2017, we celabrated on Hilton Canary Wharf with our kids, and it was absolutely fantastic!
This year, my partner made the reservation on Paddington, without my aproval, and to be honest, I could sense, that it wouldn t be the same as 2017. We tried to cancel the booking, but they refused to give us all refund. So, we hoped for the best and went to our holiday in Hilton Paddington anyway.
I booked the Christmas dinner for 25/12 night, and we dressed very nice expecting to have it as Christmas is about.
Unfortunately, what I had feared the most, came true! The tables were naked, and the employees overwhelmed, even though the restaurant wasn t that busy. We had paper napkins, and the order took ages to come. The employees were more busy talking and discussing to one another, rather than paying attention to the guests. Some were laughing loud with one another, while one was struggling to clean some tables.
We felt like they were doing us a huge favor and serving some left over for Christmas Dinner. The people on the bar, have absolutely no clue on how to mix a drink/cocktail.
Wast of time and money, and huge disappointment on a date which was supposed to be special for us.
Not to mention we are paying for airline etc, to have such awful experience.
Pictures and videos were taken to compare with our Christmas 2017 on Hilton Canary Wharf.
Improvement in all aspects is needed pretty soon.
It is probably good hotel, for those who needs bed and breakfast, just to get to their offices next day.
Very comfortable. Nice and supportive staff. Very near both Underground and national rail.
Very basic hotel. Some rooms are extremely small. All should get a facelift soon as you would expect more of a Hilton hotel with these rates. Nevertheless in the Paddington area it is one of the better options.
Very small hotel. I climbed the stairs to the first floor to see the available facilities (such as the pool, which they do not have) and a security guy very rudely directed me to go downstairs because I was not a guest. There were no signs anywhere indicating it was a restricted area. And in any case this is no way to treat a potential guest.
I suggest the Hilton hotel in Malta instead. They were very nice there and the pool was amazing.
The housekeeping is very poor its a worse housekeeping seen . very good location
Great location, clean and comfortable hotel.Staff were amazingly helpful, would definitely return.
Fantastically standard Hilton experience. Don't expect anything more or less.
Excellent hotel and conference centrum directly connected to Paddington train station.
Nice hotel, good exec lounge. Really easy to from LHR.
Enjoyed our stay. Great location. Staff super helpful and friendly!
2 mins walk from platform straight into luxury.with v helpfull staff.
Best location, beside the train station, luxurious hotel
always stay Hilton great service, good location & good staff nothings a bother. didnt eat in co's meeting friends elsewhere .highly recommend though to all.
Worth every penny. Huge rooms but far from Harrods n oxford
Nice hotel. Connected to Paddington Station, so it's convenient to catch a train to anywhere you need to go. Quick check in and out. Would stay here again.
Amazing service! Awesome buffet! Friendly staff! What more can you ask for?
Hilton so the standards are high as to be expected. The facilities could do with some more checks on a regular basis though and hand towels should be in situ always.
Good food, amazing heritage architecture.
Great location.
Just few steps from Paddington station exit. You can literally see the hotel building.
Great connectivity to airport with Heathrow express via Paddington station.
Highly recommended.
Great room and convenient access to London Paddington station.
Clean, warm, cosy room. Hotel is very close to paddington station. The elevators, however, were not functioning during my stay. Buffet breakfast had many options.
Nice and beautiful Hotel. Just the top of the Peddinton station. Nice clean big rooms. Good staff. Good location. Easy to go and back to Heathrw airport.
Friendly staff, average wine list at the bar given the hotel it s attached to.
Everything from check in to check out was a complete disaster. We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. One room was filthy and had no lights for most of the stay. And our 80 year old aunt was locked out of her room and was made to sit in the lobby for nearly 2 hours!! Not to mention the extremely rude staff and not being able to reach the front desk after 5pm from the phone in the room. The daily rates we were charged did not match the service we received!!
It is in old British style, but still is ok. Good service and nice breakfast. Poor bar, no atmosphere there. Close to Paddington rail station, underground, Hyde Park.
Location is super convenient and rooms are fine. It can take longer to get from the 3rd floor to the ground floor by elevator than it takes to take a cab to canary wharf. Staff at reception seems genuinely disinterested in being helpful to guest.
Not only was I stuck in an elevator on my own between the 5th and 6th floor, the emergency intercom system in the elevator did not work. Luckily my cell phone worked so I was able to text the leader of our group for help. It was an hour before the engineer arrived, and thanks to this, I missed out on breakfast with an old buddy whom I hadn't seen for 4 decades. The hotel did not apologize. I will never set foot in that hotel again!
Great location, when you're coming in from Heathrow. Room was good, but breakfast was below standard. Waiters were slow (waited minutes before we got asked for "tea or coffee"), and quality control for the buffet should be improved. This morning, the pine apple and the cherry curd cheese were not good. Recommendation: sleep here, but have breakfast somewhere else.
Very good place to stay in. The location is strategic, Edgware road is about 8 minutes walking. Underground station is just across the street.
Excellent hotel, was only there for brief meeting but was blown away with the style and panache
Perfect location for a traveler - but so much need for an upgrade. For the price you would expect either beautiful or modern rooms and you get neither
Very tired property with unfriendly staff. Arguably the worst Hilton I've stayed in. The only reason it didn't get one star was it's location. Smile team!
Clean rooms. Convenient location. Right at Paddington station. Lots of places to eat and shop
Wonderful experience. Gemma from reception was brilliant
It is a great place to stay. The breakfast was very nice they had a pancake making machine and a full English breakfast (the bacon was delicious).
Very comfortable and handy for Paddington station. Reception was very chaotic due to foreign staff having very limited English so checking in and out rather a nightmare. Also with restuarant closed a limited meal was rather uninteresting.
We went down for breakfast on our last day n when we came back, there was a guy getting our room ready for the next customer. It was only 11am n we hadn't even checked out. I had some cash missing because it was on my dressing table but of course theres no way to prove that. The housekeeping came into our room repeatedly in the mornings... I dont know why. There was a lady who was checked into a room that someone else was already in!!! Security is non-existent. I will never come back. When I told the manager, she could only apologise n say she would look into it. No immediate form of compensation or action was taken. Hilton still hasnt contacted me today although the manager said she would lodge the report.
I stay at the HLP whenever I am in London. Prefer the Tower rooms. High end accommodation, very clean, bathrooms are superb, friendly staff & fast excellent service. Porters are extremely helpful!! Don't open the mini bar in room tho' unless you are planning to pay for items!! Conveniently located beside Paddington Station. Only downside..it's noisy...but this is London after all!
Luxurious hotel. Friendly staff. Fast check in and check out.
Breakfast is up to Hilton quality. Lots of food options.
Bedrooms are spacious,neat and tidy.
Centrally located. Convenient location. Access to Paddington station through the ground floor.
Easy access from Heathrow Airport via Heathrow Express.
Car rentals within walking distance. Not a cheap hotel.
