Working 7 days a week and the company doesn't appreciate what the employees are doing...they say we get profit sharing every quarter but they hold it until the next quarter...go figure

Tom in customer service(on the phone) has amazing customer service and was super helpful. This guy deserves a raise for sure. Really made the call for pleasant instead of a pain.

Representative was excellent and patient while I described parts needed then didn t charge me for replacement clips. Excellent customer service!!!!!

Had 3 and all excellent. Listen to disgruntled workers whinging they can't have phones. Complaining about emergencies. I'm sure there's a Hardline you could be reached at if it was really an emergecy. Get over it. You're there to work. Sound like a whiny old woman.

My father purchased a black max tonneau cover for my 2011 gmc sierra through amazon. The first tonneau cover we recieved was damaged and had to be returned.A few days later we recieved a replacement went and installed the railing on my truck went to install the canvas and noticed the whole front of it was missing its snaps. After being very frustrated took and called my local canvas company and had them install 13 snaps contacted extang was told to send it back to amazon even though it was the fault of extang quality control and not amazons fault.Out over 40 dollars from having to go over 80 miles plus gas and cost of snaps extang has only offered us a cheap bottle of their tonneau tonic which they claim costs 16.95 and 9.95 shipping could buy same thing at walmart for less.Will never purchase another extang product nor will i reccomend them to anyone this was a warranty problem not an amazon problem or ups problem and they claim to stand behind their product.

The response from the warranty department was amazing. I didn't have any issue . Thanks again.

Trifecta was punctured by tree limb, has anybody tried to remove and replace vinyl cover? Trying to have two small holes repaired, but unable to remove existing cover. Extan could sell me a new covering, but I would still need instructions for removal and replacement.

Bought an Extang Xceed for my 2019 Ram and I have to say it s an amazing cover. Good-looking, functional and solid. Had an issue with the cover s latch and they immediately sent me a brand new one. After that there was another issue and despite the fact that fact that I handled it completely the absolute wrong way possible they worked with me.

Andre and Mike took a challenging situation and resolved it fairly and professionally. I recommend the company for their product and their customer service.

I have had two of these tops each on different trucks. Great tops and great service! I forgot to lock down the top one day and it blew up on the highway. One of the hinges broke because of this and they sent me a new one and had it in two days!! Thanks for making a great product.

I bought a cover from a local dealer. Within 3 weeks, one of the locks broke. I took it in. It cost $20 to fix. 4 weeks later, the lock broke again. I took it in again and paid another $20. About a month later, it broke again. Frustrated, I just limped along with one lock. Then it broke. Then it started to leak.
I was now driving with no locks. The wind caught it and flipped it up. It bent the cover and dented my truck.
Now, the locks would not hold it down so I just hated life for about 8 months until the next wind storm blew 1/3 of the section completely off and almost hit my family.
I was done. I threw the rest in the trash.
It lasted me about a year total with a lot of pain in between.

People are lying this is a terrible place to work. They send employees home early during the week you barely get your 40 hours. They tell employees to put the phones in their lockers and if you have a family emergency have family call the HR department but they never answer the phone to notify the employees. Also on hot days they set out Gatorade for the employees but only if it reaches 90 degrees . It was 88 degrees in the plant and they wouldn't put out Gatorade because it wasn't 2 degrees hotter and management treat they employees like kids don't work here! You have been warned. I'm not a bitter employee that has gotten fired I worked there for one day and I quit and I know people who work there that hate how they are treated and multiple people quit. I'll never forget my first day working there they brought all the new people in the office to explain the company and the plant manager ERIC was so disrespectful saying. "It's a good place to work, you guys make $10 a hour now but when you get hired in you go to a whole $11 a hour and after 90 days guess what you get a whole 25 cents" that was very offensive the way he was explaing things!

Excellent company. Fantastic products. Great customer service. Ordered my toneau a while back. Before I received it I got into an accident and my truck was totaled. Called Extang and they happily refunded me my purchase. I bought a new truck and ordered a new toneau and it was quickly shipped to me. Well made American product. Highly recommend!

DO NOT use this business. I bought a $1200 cover from one of their vendors. Asked about a warranty before purchasing. They said if it's a manufacturer defect it would be replaced. The 2nd time I folded it back out it broke. Brought it in. They took pics and have me done piss poor excuse on why the manufacturer was probably not going to replace it. Said they'd call me to update me. Never called me. I called 2 weeks later and sure enough it wasn't going to be replaced. Freaking money grabbers. They got their money. They didn't care. I'm out $1200. DON'T GO HERE.

I have had Extang covers on my truck(s) since the late 90s?

Always liked their stuff, good quality.

Today I called the factory (Customer Service) because a latch malfunctioned on an express style cover, I did not know where to start, calling them versus the distributor/installer where I purchased.

The Customer Service rep was right on it and is sending me a part under warranty. I wish more companies operated this way. I will definitely buy my next cover from this company, most likely in the next 6 months. The quality and support is great.

Worked for Encore/Extang for 1 and a half year, it was 10-1 the 3rd worst place i have ever worked at thee Superviser on that line doesn't know what the hell she's doing unhelpful a majority of the time acting like a detention monitor out to punish you. Since I've started with Extang it went from comfortable good work, go earnings to should i be afraid if i get fired.

The Considerably amount of work that you give hours and hours means: meanless because they demand more and more and give so little back.

Wasted effort

I had been looking for a tonneau cover to go with my toolbox in my truck. I looked at tons of options and finally decided that the solid fold 2.0 would work well. I clicked thru the info on the site as I had a half dozen times before during my research and then I ordered it and it showed up. However they sent me the full bed tonneau cover not the one for the toolbox. Customer service was terrible, said it was my fault and I had to pay for return shipping and 15% restock fee. So $300 bucks to send it back. They wouldn't help in the slightest. I wouldn't trust them with your business, your hard earned money is on the line.

Good place to work justlong hours and the traffic out there.

I recently purchased a bed cover for my father in law for xmas. i bought it from a local installer. I had done business with this man on many occasions, and I paid cash up front for it. I got it 4 days later, no receipt, and gave it to my father in law. When we opened it up after xmas, we determined it was the wrong one. No problem except for the fact I had no receipt and the guy I bought it from was in jail and his business was now closed. Just my luck.
So I took a shot at calling the company directly and explained my situation, thinking i was sol.
To my amazement, they asked me to send the one I had back, and once they confirmed it was resaleable, they would send me the proper one. They even paid for the shipping to send it back. I paid for the shipping on the correct one and all is good now.
They didnt have to do that, but they did. And the cover looks and works great!!

Solid Fold 56411: Did not last Three Years. Leaked continuously and when I opened it yesterday, hinge failed and panels separated.

I've owned an Extang cover for almost 10 years. It has been a fantastic cover. Their response with warranty service is amazing. I will not consider another brand when looking for truck covers.

I deliver there. In and out pretty quick. Check in hit the door then gone

I bought an Extang Trifecta cover in 2008. Had it replaced in 2012 due to some issues, no problem. Replacement cover has been on my truck since. Just recently 2 of the hinges broke. I figured I was SOL. Emailed the customer service with pics and all required info. They responded within 2 hours saying they would send replacement hinges, under warranty! Now this is a company that DOES stand behind their product and the customer service was above and beyond. Extremely hard to find these days.
