Attached to Paddington station. Super easy movement between Heathrow and hotel. Quality was good even though housekeeping was hit out miss on restocking items on the room day to day.

Hotel is in a great location being adjoined to Paddington Station. Rooms are well kept and generally spacious for London, if a little classical on styling. Where the hotel struggles is the temperature; it is always on the warm side all year round and lacks any form of in-room air-conditioning. Stay here regularly on business and choose for location and HH points. The Novotel round the corner is far superior and is far more modern.
Staff do we hired a meeting room... Only neg is any good receptionist should know whats happening or direct one to notice board...
Superb hotel
Attended for conference.
Good food
Good size rooms
Easy to catch the heathrow express to the airport. Lounge is very nice and offers a good choice of beer or liquor.
Nice hotel. Strategic location. Welcoming. Service delivery is great.
Great location. Charles the doorman is an absolute angel. Surrounded by Halal food. Next to Heathrow Express. Neighbouring Little Venice.
Otherwise ok, but little bit tired and need some renovation. Good location and good breakfast.
Lovely quiet VIP lounge overlooking the interior of the train station
Comfortable rooms, lovely food, great venue for a conference
Center of London, just walk up steps from Paddington station, good nearby Indian vegetarian restaurants, whatelse do a South Indian Businessman need?
Nice hotel, didn't get the room we booked, couldn't sit with the family at breakfast and no hot water for a bath
This location is great. Attached is access to the express train to Heathrow Airport. You also have several options for dining. The Tower Suite or Terrace Suite are the best. They have great views and are appointed very well.
The worst hotel. I stayed for 2 nights in August 2019. I guess it was during a hotter than normal period in London but really not that extreme. The problem was that the cooling system for the hotel could not cope with the heat and the room was at 27.8 degrees Celsius 82 degrees Fahrenheit. It got to the hottest point of the day around 10pm to midnight. I tried to inquire if there could be any resolution, management would not return my calls. To make it worse, my room was not cleaned. After having been out of my room all day, from 8am to 4:30, housekeeping arrived at 4:45. I told them I would take some water but I needed to stay in my room for a couple hours to work. A few minutes later the manager of housekeeping called to confirm that I didn t want my room done. The truth is, I would have loved to have my room done while I was out all day but at that point in the day it was no longer feasible. At this hotel they don t value/respect their customers.
Convenient location and agreeable pricing. Lacks decent places to done around.
Good hotel for conference. Excellent location, able to access without going outside. Find the Starbucks and there is a way in
Superb location for one coming from or going to Heathrow. From platform to room in less than 5 minutes is hard to beat.
Rooms showing their age, but lovely enough. Executive lounge also in need of a makeover as it gets crowded. The way Hilton dishes out Gold and Diamond status for credit cards stateside doesn't help. But still, their staff continue to shine amidst the chaos during happy hour
Conveniently at Paddington station where Heathrow Express train stop. Excellent.
Nice place for a quiet meeting if you need to meet at London Paddington
Horrible experience with the fire alarm being set off two nights in a row. The first night the tower guests where LOCKED in the tower. When told to the staff they insisted we hadn t been despite the people from the Paddington Station telling us we where suppose to be able to leave trough other doors. Hotel said a shower steam set off the alarm. If shower steam does that then the system is not updated. The staff claims this is uncommon yet happened two nights in a row. Both times we where sent through separate entrances. Once through the rail station and the second through glass doors. No hotel employees to guide us at the doors or even telling us it was safe to return.
So until they have a proper safety system we won t stay again and will publicly share.two nights in a row is not uncommon
Clean and nice rooms, super location...attached to Paddington Station which offers underground tube, trains and
Heathrow Express.
Extremely dated hotel and below average room quality for a city center Hilton location. In much need of renovation to justify the high prices. Only pro is the convenient access to Paddington station.
Lovely hotel, looks visually stunning! The area is great as well, since it's right next to London Paddington station and London Paddington underground station. Outside there are loads of shops which you can visit, you're in the heart of the city.
Beautiful hotel and great location for both tube and train station. Clean rooms but a shame that the earliest you can check in is 3pm. This is my second visit here and would definitely come again
Love the people and location but they are dragging their feet updating this place. It's location is awesome for conducting business grom a central location.
Great location (right next to train station). Rooms are great (high ceilings, amazing bathroom). Elevators are hella slow though
Love this hotel normally. Spent several nights there recently in a room without air conditioning during a "heat wave". AC was out in most of the hotel the whole week. A hotel with this much traffic needs to make comfort priority one. That said, I will stay there in the future. It is convenient if you need to move about the city or the country. I'll just make sure I ask about the AC before booking.
The Hilton London Paddington is a definite must stay hotel. They're centrally located in London and their facilities are amazing. This was just an overnight stay after arriving from Australia. Have reservations for later in September and one of the dates only had a double room available. Upon checking in I asked if, by any chance, a twin room had become available. After checking, one was shown to be free for that particular date. The staff have been excellent and the food in the cafe/bar area was delicious.
The convenience of this hotel to Paddington - and by extension Heathrow, the tube and British Rail is hard to beat. The executive lounge even has large windows looking out on the teaming crowds below. There is also an easy entry right into the station that took me a couple times to fill out.
The room was large and old school, but comfortable. I feel the common spaces would benefit from a renovation.
The breakfast in the executive lounge is decent, as is the happy hour
Paddington itself is not the best area of London for restaurants and fun things to do. I pick this location solely for convenience.
Great service, location and friendly, helpful staff
Popped in for a drink at the bar while waiting at the station. Service was friendly. The bar area could have been a bit bigger and have more contemporary decor, but it was pleasant and comfortable.
Surprisingly busy. Very helpful staff who gave me multiple directions as I couldn't find the right conference room! Buffet lunch was very nice.
Not a bad hotel but also not special (at least not my standard double room). Just another Hilton I would say. The location is great of course, with the 15 minutes express train to Heathrow airport.
I've not stayed here but have used it as a quick lunch stop between trains. I have always found it to provide a welcoming, professional and qualitative service.
Great venue with really helpful and attentive staff.
It was beautiful myself and my husband enjoyed it but we would have enjoyed it more if one or two alcohol were free. But over all it was wonderful
Very comfortable rooms and quality breakfast selection
Nice looking from the outside and good for conferences but tired looking inside, average service and forgettable food.
The rooms are ok, but old
The food is at best average, but there are lots of good restaurants nearby and much cheaper too
Service is ok, but below what I expect from a Hilton
There are better Hilton s in London and is only stay here if I had a conference, as it has good spaces for meetings
Excellent location. Nice big rooms, fast internet, good breakfast and the Paddington station downstairs. What else do you need?
Did not stay. Was there for event. Food was excellent. Room always kept tidy. Very attentive staff. The intermediate offerings (food during coffee breaks) were also first rate
Very convenient on train connectivity. Nice and big rooms. Slightly expensive.
Came here to visit a friend. Had breakfast here and it was really good food, there was a chef making omelletes and even a pancake maker. Staff were really friendly and helpful, especially with heavy bags and taxis.
fantastic place. the porters are absolutely the best
I stayed two nights for the first time. Convenient area, nice breakfast and good condition. But I don t want to come back if I were in London again, The reception and supervisor, I think he is not kind of their guests.
Great location for early morning train to Heathrow. Hotel very clean and covid secure. No problems in staying here. Can be recommended.
Right on top of Paddington Station (trains to Heathrow) and London Underground.
Shopping area with inexpensive foods.
Smaller size rooms in typical central London style, but clean and comfortable. Amenities all available.
Recommended.
Our room was lovely but in a difficult to get to section of the hotel. As I was entering from Paddington Station I tripped and fell going over the transition strip from tile to carpet. Absolutely NO ONE from the hotel came to assist despite there being several Hilton employees in the area. When I told the concierge what had happened the response was something like " So sorry Madam". I'm sure I'm not the only guest who has tripped at that same spot trying to navigate a manual door and luggage.
Great access to transportation, paddington express is just behind the hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Acceptable food, and service, could have been better. Easy access to pubs and other restaurants, Starbucks located just outside premises.
I never have been inside this hotel but from outside looks beautiful posh building. Good transport next to the hotel and many black taxi are on waiting.
Very nice hotel. Friendly staff for the most part but receptionist supervisor wasn't very understanding or polite when we spoke to him about something he didn't understand. Lots of nice, helpful people otherwise. Very comfy, clean and impressive suites in the hotel with comfortable views from the balconies.
Excellent location, well organized with covid protocol. Very friendly check in
Will definitely stay here again
Connected to Paddington station nice Executive lounge and cool neighborhoods to explore close to Hyde park
Conveniently located directly next door to Paddington station and opposite to Paddington underground. Parts of the hotel are a bit run down. The rooms in the GWR tower are refurbished, go there if you can. Yet, the only family rooms are in the old part. Business center has too limited opening times.
Such an amazing hotel! Stayed here for a business meeting that was taking place nearby. Clean, Friendly and great location.
Wonderful hotel. Great location. Excellent executive lounge.
It provided a place to sleep, bath and refresh ourselves. A little pricey for what you get.
Nice place to relax. Clean room . The location is just perfect, it will get everywhere within central London.
Your average HILTON. In good shape, with the usual amenities, good rooms. Not my favorite style (thick carpets and dark wood), but nothing one could complain about. Breakfast was solid, but I guess if it wouldn t have been for the conference I did attend, I would potentially choose a different one.
We had our 1st department store party at this hotel the staff where so help full and food was great . Everyone was happy and enjoying the nite the whole experience at this hotel was great . Thank you .
Went to cafe area. The service was very slow. But seating was comfortable
Great hotel, fabous bar. Very comfortable rooms and easy to get to. Excellent jumping off point for other attractions and handy for Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park.
new extension....nice rooms
..good view...nice ambience!!!!
Paddington Hilton grandly fronts Paddington Station - gateway linking London to the world in just 15mins via Heathrow Express
Got lunch here with friends very nice and cozy bar / restaurant
It's stuffed full of business folk having meetings which is fine if that's what you want. Incredibly convenient to get to.
PS, I am usually one of those business folk!
Visited for a professional event. Staff were always helpful and polite and the event ran smoothly throughout. Catering for the evening was very good with quality food in abundance.
Very luxurious hotel. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean. Technical state is good. Breakfast has much options. As you expect from Hilton. This hotel made my business trip to London very comfortable.
Popped in once or twice for a drink at the bar and enjoyed myself on each occasion. It s not overly expensive and plenty of comfortable seating to chill out and relax.
Friendly staff also.
Very handy location if travelling via Heathrow as the Heathrow express takes 15 minutes door to door.
Check in process was horrible, we had proof of booking by someone else and photo identification and yet was refused check in by the extremely rude and dismissive manager. Therefore had to book another hotel room and check in immediately as the manager had blatantly refused to let us check in to our room. The person who booked the original hotel room called and asked for a refund, and was lied to by the hotel saying the new room was booked by Expedia even though we booked it directly through the website.
Manager then said he left a note on our account saying we did not need to pay for the room, but as we checked the next day he had lied to everyone's faces and didn't even bother to leave the note.
Was an absolutely terrible experience and will not visit again. One star is already too much. Please review the behaviour of your staff, this is unacceptable.
Not very helpful - very outdated for a hotel that is in the heart of London. There s much better options around, and the staff aren t particularly great either when it comes to resolving issues.
My views are isolated to this branch of the Hilton and not to others. I ve had great experiences elsewhere.
The experience was as disappointing as the decor within. I ve no plans to ever return to this establishment.
Great hotel, some modern renovation would make it even better in my opinion.
Good breakfast & close to the train station. Room was quite.
If I could give it zero stars I would! Disgusting staff with massive attitudes! I will never stay at this hotel again. Revolting!
Luxury. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Loved the room service menu. Rooms decorated beautifully.
Great vibe, decent, clean decor, excellent service. Well-run, good coffee.
