Stayed here overnight a while back, and it is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The interior is absolutely gorgeous. The beds are very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's a little loud but that's expected of a popular hotel that's right in the middle of London. Everything was clean, and the rooms looked wonderful! I would definitely come back here.

Not the best, like a ghost hotel. No services, which considering other Hilton's are offering table service to not then even offer room service is disappointing. However the hotel was clean and staff friendly. Felt like it was playing catch up with other Hilton's.

I stayed in one of the renovated rooms in the tower part of the hotel. It was a process to just get to the room including several hallways and 2 elevators. The room condition looked good, but then I went into the bathroom where there was still exposed wiring in 2 parts.
Then there was the general rushed service. Well... Everywhere but room service.
Only stay here if you need to be at the station. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Place is showing it's age, front office staff not very helpful.
First told me they have no rooms available to change my check in date but then tried to sell me a room for that same date. Bad liars.

Guys in the restaurant we're very nice on the other hand.

I've stayed in many Hiltons and this one is at the bottom of the barrel to be honest.

A beautiful hotel with a rich history in accomodating well-heeled travellers, the Hilton London Paddington is a blend of classic charm with modern function. The hotel itself is well-maintained with friendly staff and a high standard of hospitality. The modern cocktail bar in the corner of the lobby is stunning and artistic with very attentive table service. The other hotel bar adjoining the station is a little shabbier and in need of some sprucing up, and the constant flow of tourists and children makes for a less relaxing atmosphere, but still better than the hustle and bustle of the main station concourse.

The only good thing about this hotel is it's location. Upon checking in I noticed that my room was really warm so I turned down the air conditioning and left for dinner. When I returned I noticed the room was still really warm but being that it was quite late I just suffered through the night and reported it first thing in the morning when I left for the day where i was told it would be addressed right away. Unfortunately, when i returned approximately 6 hours later the air conditioning was STILL not working. I phoned the front desk and was told someone would be right up.... after waiting 30 minutes I phoned AGAIN and again I was told someone was coming. After waiting another 45 minutes I went back to the front desk to complain and demanded to speak to a manager that I was offered a different room (but a manager never did come over to speak to me about my experience).

If close proximity to Paddington is a must for you then stay here, otherwise I do NOT recommend this hotel.

Tired looking public areas in Need of a revamp. We went to the lobby tea area and were abruptly and slightly rudely told we should go to the bar without even asking what we wanted which was tea. Not a good experience.

Nice clean, spacious rooms with great facilities and service, direct access to Paddington station. Terrace rooms also come with sun roof and separated bath and shower. A little aged and finicky about little charges such as wifi and pay per view TV.

My friends and I stay in 4 and 5 star hotels all the time. This experience, even though I didn t stay there, was the absolute worst one in my entire life. I called the hotel during the night of Sunday, the 11th to inquire about their availability and instead of being greeted over the phone by a friendly person (which you would normally expect), I was actually apprehended by the rudest member of staff I have ever seen. His approach was very condescending and truly disgusting. He flat out ended any chance of a normal conversation by the way he told me the the hotel was very busy and that I needed to call back in the morning to speak to someone from reservations . Was it so difficult to press a few buttons and check? Or was it pure laziness? Without going into more details about how he argued with me about it, instead of doing his job as a hospitality professional , it s safe to say that I ll never stay here. I m shocked how someone like that can be put to work at reception... Appalling!

Nice Hilton in Victorian setting. Very convenient location near the Heathrow Express train makes it great for business traveller. My room was quiet and larger than expected, also in quite ok condition. Air-conditioning was a bit noisy and clearly central heating was on for winter (could not be adjusted). Breakfast was nice, with healthy options, berries and fruit as well as warm traditional breakfast. Hilton keeps it's brand promise in Europe much better than in US.

Opulent and pricey. Just had a mocha latte and some ice cream. Dessert options were very limited. What they refer to a a "tub of ice cream" must be eaten with a very small spoon. $8USD got me this very small scoop in a cup. Good mango sorbet but totally overpriced and not very satisfying. Total was almost 14 quid. The bar area was quite fancy...many people enjoying a mid afternoon drink. Interesting art in the bar's side entrance. This hotel is right next to the train and underground.

It's great for taking the Heathrow express from. Actually more convenient than the Heathrow hotels as you take the elevator to the train platform! 15 mins and 10 mins walk to check in. Zero potential it isnt running on schedule.

Rooms, 3 stars. Comfortable bed but rest of the rooms needs some update.
Avoid the rooms facing the construction area.

Such a well equipped hotel, very easy to get to from Heathrow and when in London easy to get back too from various underground lines.

Staff are great and helpful, willing to give advice and support your stay in the capital with information needed to get around.

Good enough - nice that it is right above Paddington Station. The wifi option is cumbersome as you'd need to keep logging back in as you go from the room to the dinning area etc. Rather silly system.

When we arrived one of the elevators was under renovation. That s ok as there were three total so that left two operational elevators. Then one broke, this left one elevator for the hotel. Did the broken one get fixed? No, in 6 days at the hotel the elevator was never repaired. When we got to our room the temperature in the room was 28 degrees Celsius or 82.5 degrees Fahrenheit. We were sweating. We attempted to turn down the thermostat but during our 6 days it never got below 26.4c or 79.5F. We called the front desk and they assured us they would take care of it. It was never fixed. My wife used one of the cups in the room for coffee. The cup was rinsed put back on the shelf and covered like it had been cleaned. It still had coffee stains from where she made coffee in it. Needless to say she didn t use it again. The water in the shower was unpredictable. It would be fine one minute then would be scalding hot then later it would be ice cold. To get in and out of the shower we had to lift one side of the door to open it. It appears the hinges were coming loose from the wall. We called the front desk several times by phone and they would never pickup. If we would leave for the day and plug in a portable battery to charge or plug in an IPad they would unplug it while we were out. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Conveniently located across the street from Paddington underground and train station, it offers the perfect stop between Heathrow airport and London city centre. Many restaurants and shops can be reached on foot from the hotel. Hyde park is only 15 minutes away.
The staff and services have been irreproachable.

Comfortable big rooms, great selection of food in the lounge.
Have fitness centre but unfortunately haven't pool or sauna.

This is a fantastic choice if you intent to use the heathrow express, its connected to the hotel through the back and will take you two minutes to access the train. The rooms are great and the executive lounge is top notch. This is the perfect hotel if you plan to use the underground for your trip and want to be centrally located.

We were issued a room for people with handicaps by the manager without letting me know. I would have gone back to the registration desk but I waited 25 minutes to get this one and the trip back there was too far. Not sure why but very inappropriate and embarrassing. Lacked hot water, towels were worn, scratchy and tattered and small window. 28/12/2019.

delicious breakfast, well maintained, rooms service as expected, tea, coffee, short bread and electric kettle available in the room, room big and spacious. Only and very disappointing point was the shower... sometimes it flushes EXTREMELY hot water over you. When i was showering i would never put my entire body under it afraid of being all of suddlen burned. HORRIBLE experience.

The hotel is pretty good. The rooms are clean and large. The location is ideal. You can easily take the Heathrow express, not go outside and get to the hotel. The tube entrace is close too. Service is not ideal. I've stayed at the Hilton Bankside and the Conrad and the staff there is better. Not that service was bad...I've just had much better for the about the same price.

Got a bit lost looking for Kingfisher Hall, directions from concierge not helpful, had to as twice, before I found it, ambiance I bit dated for a Holton in a prime location. Near public transport if needed, uber find it difficult to pick you up outside, Black cabs have no issues.

Nice hotel. Very close proximity to the underground station. Quite a number of shops and restaurants around the area as well. Hotel staff very polite and friendly. The carpets did look a bit run down or maybe it was the lighting.
Food menu from the hotel itself looked great and the price was very affordable.

Clean rooms, comfy beds. We popped in without a booking and the front desk was very helpful.

Furniture and beds are starting to look old. Wooden pieces had loads of holes in them and you can tell they have not being kept maintenance on them...

This is one of my favourite Hilton's in London. Customers and team straight from Heathrow and checked in. I struggled to find any faults on what was a very short stay however the interior and 4th floor were starting to show signs of wear and tear. We need the main hotel foyer and rooms to be modernised to reflect the elegance of the tower refurbishment.

The room I had was facing inwards, which made the room extremely quiet. No road noise at all, and I am very sensitive to that. Clean room, plenty of space and very comfortable. Decor slightly dated, but in extremely good condition. Very nice executive lounge overlooking the station. Not well signposted from the station, go to the first level in the eating area and look for the hidden door. Docked one star as one of the lifts was not working (seems to be a recurring theme here!) Very expensive, but a significantly better condition property than the Hilton Metropole just down the street. I would much prefer to stay here, given the choice.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Paddington station. The room is standard Hilton room, although quite dated. Breakfast spread is good, usual English breakfast choices. Staff members are not very friendly though.

Wonderful hotel with excellent transport links. It is built into Paddington Station and you can access the hotel via an entrance from the station. The regular rooms a nice but if your budget allows I can strongly recommend a Tower Room. We were fortunate enough to be given an upgrade on one visit and they are beautiful. Nicely refurbished they feel luxurious. You also get access to an executive lounge separate from the main one just off the lobby.

This is out second straight year staying at and hosting an event at the Hilton Paddington. The staff is the best in the business, and my room in the new tower was wonderful. Would highly recommend for both business and personal travel.

Stayed on Saturday 23rd March. Clean and comfortable room, the 148 bar was as pricey as you'd expect from a London hotel but there was a good range of drinks on offer. The breakfast in Carriages was the highlight. A little noisy in the morning due to the building work going on around Paddington Station.

Very convenient from Heathrow to London. Gate to room was 80 minutes ... And that was with a 30 minute customs wait. Deluxe double room was nicely updated and spacious. Early check-in was much appreciated.

I went to Hilton on a not so busy day at their open cafeteria, found their staff to be rude and completely unprofessional with lack of good customer service. I had a gentleman with me who came to meet me, I ordered a tea and he didn't order anything because he was planning to leave in 15 mins.

The manager at that place was rude, that said if you want to sit here then all the people should order something and started arguing on it. That was just ridiculous.

I have been to Hilton hotel in many countries and even in the UK. I found their behaviour very unprofessional, they served me tea without a cookie and sugar. I'll rate Hilton Paddington as the worst in customs service in my experience.

At reception Rude staff. Just trying to get corrupt. Asking money for services that shouldn't be charged. Along with the security staf and reception. What a shame. The rest was OK. Room enough big and clean.
