HIlton London Paddington Review

Clean and spacious rooms. Beds are very comfortable and the staff was friendly. Best part, it's attached to Paddington station so convenient access to the express to Heathrow and trains to everywhere else.

Terrible place for breakfast (if non resident), bounced from restaurant to bar, then told in the bar they don't serve breakfast. Concierge refuse to take bags if Jon resident, even if your having a meeting. Customer service is definitely 2nd.

Convenient for the function we had. And the location is remarkable. Just next to the Paddington station.

Extremely poor customer service. Rates fluctuate greatly and they give no support to Hilton Honors loyalty customers. Dismissive and uncaring. Do not recommend this hotel or management.

Generally good Hilton standard. The rooms are clean and pretty spacious, and contain all the standard amenities. Generally you're paying for the location here, 2 minute walk to the train or underground platform, as well as the Heathrow Express is pretty unbeatable for anyone visiting town. The executive lounge for members is nice and offers a great view into the station, great for people watching. The breakfast was decent, not the greatest I've had but still good quality and service was good.
There's a Starbucks downstairs, along with the a the small grocery shops in the station a couple escalators away, so everything that's needed is close by.
Overall a very nice place and great for visitors, but you'll be paying for the location

Very nice hotel with great location (next to Paddington station. Very big and good accommodations. A little pricey however.

Slow front desk. Outdated rooms - no power outlet near the bed (well, there is one for the lamp, but made with different connector type on purpose so you could not use it). Completely ignored "do not disturb" sign and woke me up at 8 am on Sunday with room service. Slow elevators, very busy in the morning - so plan ahead :)
But location is superb and it is a very clean hotel.

I have stayed here many many times and besides the amazing location nothing stands out. Receptionists are usually quite mechanical and cold. Rooms are quite average and the bathrooms are very mediocre and old. This time 2 out of 3 elevators were out of service so can imagine the time spent on waiting but luckily I was on 2nd floor and took stairs mostly. To be fair once I stayed at the higher end GWR section and that was really good but extremely highly priced.

Had a meeting in the London Hilton Hotel recently. Great regeneration work has been done to uplift this area but the hotel remains the same from many years ago. Slightly loud environment but pleasnt nevertheless

You cannot beat this location if you are traveling in and out of Heathrow Airport! Sooo convenient. This property lives up to the strong Hilton brand. Clean, well-maintained, and attentive service. We were upgraded to an Executive Suite which was extremely large and comfortable. Make sure that you include the breakfast option with your booking. Given the age of the property, the lifts are a little slow so give yourself a touch more time.

The executive lounge is beautiful and offers great services. You have a view of Paddington Station and the shopping inside. The hotel rooms are clean and a great size compared to London s well known tiny hotels, especially Point A Hotels. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is tasty. I am all around beyond satisfied with my experience.

Comfortable, good service, good food & value for money.

Loyal Hilton Honors customer who booked in advance and uses Hilton all over the world yet.. when the prices plummeted the hotel management and Hilton provided extremely bad customer service as they would not price adjust prices or cancel reservation to reissue. Since I have honestly been loyal to the chain I am beyond disappointed by their lack of support and will need to reconsider using Hilton for future travel.

Great location and nice rooms but the TV could use some updating and it doesn't even have all of the basic channels. I found hair in the shower but overall it was cleaner than most London hotels. The bar was overpriced and the food was just 'okay'.

Good and practical location next to Heathrow Express. Rooms are ok. Need som refurbish but ok. Service though is catastrophic. The guys at the concierge service refused to help a couple with a stroller, yelled at a Uber driver, then at the guest who had ordered Uber, are condescendent and patronising. The couldn t spell Service with the word written in front of them.

It's Hilton, of course it'll be good. The rooms are spacious for events and well-equipped. Toilets are clean and food are great. Thanks!

Very convenient by train and foot, unfortunately no onsite parking. Great restaurant and bar! Charming rooms too.

Unbeatable location, clean and modern rooms, very limited bar and food service.

This one of the nicest hotels that I have stayed in. The location is perfect, right next to the Paddington station. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I will always stay here, when I am in London.

Good hotel in a great location.

We just spent 2 nights in the Queens Suite and to be honest it would be hard to fault it.

Rooms were of a good size for central London and staff were helpful and polite.

We had young kids and found the bus a much easier way of getting round town. The 23 bus drops you right outside the hotel.

Treated very well by staff. Overall a better stay than other similar Hilton's we have used.

Hotel and room are so nice for price but I found housekeeper left wipe cloth next to tv by mistake which not looks nice ...
