Delon was outstanding! He worked hard to sell me a car that I wanted for a price we could agree with. The experience was truly great!

I had a very positive experience at Toyota Sunnyvale. I was researching used Toyota Rav4, 4Runner, and Highlander models, and finally found the right model and color of the Highlander Limited at Toyota Sunnyvale. James Tran took me on a test drive and was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and gave some good advice without any high pressure on buying.
Later, when I decided to move forward with the purchase, James was very fast and efficient with the paperwork and along with Bart DiCairano made the process as painless as possible.
I bought a very used corolla here and it was quite a pleasant surprise to buy a used vehicle from a dealer. The saleman (Najaf Ali) who helped us was professional and very informative.
We will definitely consider this dealer for future car purchases.
Went in on the last day of Toyotathon to purchase a vehicle for my wife and what a pleasant surprise it was when in no time I was assigned to great sales associate name Mr. Shah. He jotted down all information I was detailing him and in no time, he ran out to parking lot (even though it heavily pouring that night) and got the exact vehicle information, color and features I was looking for. The experience was smooth and service was excellent. Thank you again Mr. Shah!
The Salesman was attentive, answered all my questions and was able to help me find the right vehicle for me.
I took my car for some urgent service on a Saturday morning, and even though the queue was quite full, understanding my predicament, the service advisor did all he could to get my car fixed in about two hours. The workmanship was also good. I have a good opinion about this place
Im a first time car buyer that recently bought a toyota camry se 2014 and was helped by a Mr. Kalani Hernandez. I was provided with great service and great treatment. He was patient with me and understand of needs and was able to help me get the car of my choice. I was very surprised at how smooth the whole transaction went. I was going in expecting something different but came out having a great experience. I would recommend car shopping at toyota sunnyvale and having kalani hernandez help!
I had great experience overall. Ask for Socrates. He is very friendly and will get you answers promptly.
Jordan the salesman was great and really tried to help us with purchasing the truck we wanted and made sure we ended up happy with our purchase. As for why it didn't get 5 stars, they need to check price tags on cars and make sure people are not assuming the car is cheaper than it actually is.
I had a good experience to buy a new car from Toyota Sunnyvale. The sales manager DINO is very nice, responsive and helpful to introduce the car, arrange test drive and match other dealers price. The finance manager Kevin is also very nice to help on our payment process and help to extend the VSA for us.
Their plug-in Prius has served me well for six years with very little trouble. Service isn't particularly fast, but is competent.
Sabrina was very helpful in helping me reach a decision to lease and she helped a lot making sure all the paperwork went through smoothly. Signing went very quickly. I am very happy and will definitely be back to purchase or lease again when this lease ends.
I had a great experience here.
Couple of weeks ago, I purchased my Toyota prius 4D used car and I couldn't have asked for better customer service from salesperson Nazaf from Toyota Sunnyvale.
Before starting anything, Nazaf (from Toyota Sunnyvale) showed patience and understood that it was my first time with this whole thing...
(and this was very refreshing, considering the other not-so-fun dealerships I had been to the previous weeks).
But anyways, Nazaf (from Toyota Sunnyvale) is the man and if you're heading over here, find him first. I also ended up working with Ali
when it came time to negotiate. Both him and Nazaf (from Toyota Sunnyvale) were easy to work with and very easy to talk to.
And In the end, I got what I wanted and paid exactly what I wanted to pay with my budget. All in all it was a good experience. Good work Nazaf.
Quick and friendly service. This is our go to service and dealer for all Toyota.
Professional staff, streamlined process, comprehensive service options.
My wife and I just picked-up our new Camry from Toyota of Sunnyvale this evening and we couldn t be more pleased, with nothing but good things to say about the staff at the dealership. We appreciate the attention to detail from Sales Managers, Diane and Jeffery, and all the effort pout forth in locating the specific car we were looking for.
And in particular our salesmen, John Papadopoulis (Papas). John went the extra mile for us during our search, extending his time and hospitality during our test drives (on two separate occasions) while we narrowed our search until finally deciding on the 2016 Camry XLE Hybrid. John took the time to explain all the documentation and manuals for our new vehicle, the warranty and service contract, etc A true gentlemen and real professional!
And finalizing the sale couldn t have been more seamless. Sean Nguyen in the Finance Department was very thorough in explaining all the documents requiring signatures. It s always a pleasure to work with such professionals.
Other Toyota Dealers in the Bay Area may claim to be the best in Silicon Valley, but Sunnyvale Toyota not only has the awards to this acclaim but the demonstrates a level customer service to prove it!
And we cannot forget how, after our first test drive, how the staff responded in locating our lost cell after the dealership had closed the evening. We again extend our thank you to John, Jeffery, and Emilio in the combined effort in putting our anxiety at ease that evening.
Hats off the Sunnyvale Toyota! You are a shining example of a commitment to excellence.
Bryan Z.

Sales person Luke is nice and patient. He introduces and trains us in detail. His personal experience is very helpful to us.
Just purchased a 2020 Camry from this dealership with the help of John Le who performed exceptional services and care. We purchased many Toyota and interacted with many dealerships, we know the processes and had some good dealership we got our car from in the past. Sunnyvale Toyota suprises u. We are very impressed by the services from presales to after sales from John. That's the reason help us to finalize our purchase swiftly at tbis dealership. Their price is competitive and service was good based on this most current experience. I would strongly recommend to check out this dealership.
Toyota Sunnyvale has met and exceeded all my expections from an online purchase. I am from SSF and I just bought my son's first car, a 2017 Honda Civic with 21k miles. They have a great selection of cars with hundreds of new and pre-owned vehicles in stock. Kudos to the entire staff from the salepeople to the managers to finance down to their last stage of my purchase experience in detail. I couldn't thank Elmer Javier enough and special mention to James Tran his partner and their Sales Managers Ali and Najaf who truly understand my needs as a customer. My appreciation also goes to their Finance Manager Mr. Jude Imoisli who is very accommodating even thru my C/U who is not in their cuddle service. I highly recommend Toyota Sunnyvale to all my friends and family who kept up to their promise pf quality, integrity and trust. This is probably the best car purchase experience I have ever had and I shall promise to become a customer for life. God bless you all!
I had an amazing experience at Toyota Sunnyvale. Kalani Hernandez helped me find the perfect car for me. I have always had a great experience with the Toyota Camry so I really did not want to deviate from that car. I fell in love with one of their Camry's online and he helped me make that car mine! I'm in LOVE with my new (pre-owned) car. Bart DiCarano in financing took care of the paperwork so quickly and went over the CarFax with me. He even gave me a copy and talked to me about what Toyota recommends for the mileage the car is currently at, so I can be sure to keep this car in great condition. I really appreciated the advice, and providing me with the CarFax. All in all I ended up with my dream car in world record time. Thank you Toyota Sunnyvale!
Good services at parts department: professional and courtesy
It was a great experience with fully satisfaction.
The online sales person, Martin, was excellent. He was running around to complete the paper work on time and close everything. The Finance Manager, Amir Ghorbanlo, was outstanding. He explained to my dad, Seyed, all of his options and suggested the best one without dragging and pushing.
Highly recommended.
No different between other authorized services center, they will try to avoid warranty claims. They wan to make oil changes and other regular services but if go for an issue which covers under warranty they will try to avoid it or prolong the process
I found truck was on-line and when I arrived it was better than described. Spoke with GM Mike over the phone and met managers Tom and Miguel when I arrived who took me for a drive and showed me the truck. Freddy got all our information in 10 minutes and Eric had our paperwork done FAST! He was fun to talk to and explained optional items and we got a great extended warranty. I paid less than typical price and got great service on a truck in great condition. 2.5 hour start to finish! Well done gang!
Pro: Everyone very friendly
Con: My friend (who has good credit) was offered a Toyota Corolla lease for $3,000 down and $490/month (for 36 months). This is a comically bad deal
Forced to conclude that they were either trying to take advantage of her, or incompetent
I had a small issue with my service and they called me fast to get it resolved. I appreciatte that honesty promot reaponse.
I took my car here to be serviced for a routine check up and Matt was incredibly helpful! He helped walk through what was being done to my car, didn't try to upsell me, and had it done relatively quick since I had 3 kids with me! I highly recommend bringing your car here and asking for Matt White!
The salesman, Dan, was really nice. This isnt my first time buying a car. I've purchase a new car 4 (3x Anderson, 1x Putnam Buick) times before this and he's the only only one to explain everything...EVERYTHING... to me. From warranty to setting up first service appointment.
These guys are awesome. Daniel was great. Bought a 2007 Volvo XC90 at the Pre-Owned lot. Car was clean and detailed nicely. Car was reasonably priced and negotiation was swift and easy to fit my budget. Best car buying experience I've ever had.
The service center has had my RAV4 EV for over a month. During this month, the part they ordered was incorrect, which lead to delays.
During the time there, I have called to ask for updates.
For all my attempts at communication, here's how it's gone, so far -
1. Phone call goes straight to voice mail, which I leave my name, #, car, and a request for an update so I can update my rental car or turn it in.
2. No reply.
3. Phone call, not even get to voicemail this time. I ended up on hold for 10 minutes x 3 calls in one day. So that's 30 minutes of hold time, to not even get the pleasure of leaving a voicemail.
4. Get thru to the service team members that have the details on my car, to get put on hold for 15 minutes, then hung up on.
5. Imagine doing all of the above, for anywhere from 5-30 minutes of your day, for about 20 days in this last month.
6. I even went in-person. I came at the wrong time, as the service team member that knows my case was out to lunch. So another team member asked me to write my name on a piece of tissue paper, to pass to them. (Of note, despite asking, no one could update me or tell me anything about my car other than the specific individuals that handle the case).
The outcome to this point:
1. This could result in several hundreds of dollars out of my pocket for rental car expense. My insurance company is refusing to pay any further car rental costs because a month is outside of the reasonable time it should take to have repaired the Rav4.
2. To prevent this, it is possible that Toyota fill out a supplemental to my insurance explain why the repairs have taken so long. Reasonably speaking, Rav4 EVs are rare cars. And it has Tesla parts, which may result in things like continuous improvement etc that people have to read up on, updated parts #s, etc. before fitting the parts to the car. Plus subsequent tests on the battery for follow-on working.
3. Continued ambiguity as to whether the Rav is having its radiator and battery worked on, or if it is now in the transmission warranty claim process. Among several other things, this changes who is responsible for my rental, and how much additional costs I might end up (but shouldn't have to) pay out of my pocket.
I don't like putting reviews like this out there, as I do believe people try hard and things are busy. But I have tried to communicate with phone calls, voice mails, enjoyed a lot of time listening to the hold music, and showed up in-person just to get stiff armed and ignored. This is another means to communicate.
Thanks for reading, I hope this is useful for anyone looking to have repair work on their Rav4 EV done. I'll post an update when there's more news.
On the 2nd day of me owning this car I reported problems to my salesperson Diana. After a few days in their shop I was lied to and told the problems were all fixed. Then I drove away with the car and the contract was finalized.
Go see Delon Orquin. He is very professional and helpful in getting the car that I wanted.
I had a very positive experience. Pranay, the salesman, was very professional and thorough. He found four cars that met my criteria, and I was able to make a good choice. The financing was handled by Bart, the Finance Manager, and he made everything clear, got me the best terms possible and left me feeling very comfortable with the whole process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.
My husband visited on Friday and met Kalani Hernandez. He knew he wanted a fairly new Prius 3. There were 3 to choose from which was enough. They went for a test drive. He made an app't for Monday and the whole transaction was very easy. No pressure.
Expensive Oil change, charged 170$ for regular oil change. Coupons will work only if its on your name.
Dismissed the seller promised many things and my calls never answer would recommend this business thanks pwrp has about two hours to call and sent me with an insurance and send a check for a certain amount when I paid for 10 services pass me or move me to another department promised many things and I'm just making fun of you
In general, I don't like going to car dealerships but my experience with Toyota Sunnyvale was very positive. Houng my salesman was great and patience. I like how all the staff treated me.
This review reflects my post buying experience with Toyota Sunnyvale.
Before I begin I want to emphasize that all the employees involved with RESOLVING my issues have been professional, pleasant, and working their best to do right by me. However, this does not excuse the complete lack of oversight and downright dishonesty that took place during the purchase of this vehicle.
Issue #1. upon purchasing my vehicle my salesperson informs me that the car, being used, only comes with one programmed key. This is too bad but I understand and make it a point to go make a key as soon as possible at my own cost of roughly 300 dollars (I tend to lose things). Lo and behold the salesperson at the other Toyota dealership informs me that ALL certified preowned vehicles come with two keys! It is part of the deal. After I go through the hassle of finding someone high up enough to fix this issue I am very impressed with their response. They send down a locksmith to my location and make me a new key. It was inconvenient to have to make time to meet the locksmith and I would have preferred to buy the car with key in hand but I did appreciate the effort made.
Issue #2. Roughly one month after purchase I am informed that despite directly asking my salesperson "is it smogged?" and him saying "all of our vehicles are" come to find I will need to go conduct a smog test. They of course offer to reimburse me, which I appreciate but still, it is inconvenient.
Issue #3 As we are leaving we ask " where is our certified paperwork?" we are rushed out the door and assured it will come in the mail. Well, it never came, and as it turns our I WAS supposed to receive and sign the certification paperwork at the dealership. They have just now gotten around to mailing it to me, and only because I asked. Now I will have to sign it and mail it back.
All in all, I appreciate the lengths they have gone to to fix my problems but that said none of these things should have been a problem to begin with. I can see maybe one screwup/oversight but when it gets to three it begins to stink of lack of oversight and unscrupulous behavior. If you choose to buy from Toyota Sunnyvale please cover all of your bases first.
I recently purchased a Scion from Toyota of Sunnyvale. All I need to say is that it was easy and fast. I am very happy with my choice.
There was no pressure and everyone was very relaxed and polite. Special thanks to the team that helped me out, Mike, Kevin, Ahmad and Roy. Ahmad was very helpful and patient as well as very knowledgeable with all the information as my family and I checked out the new RAV4. Roy, the finance/DMV guy was also easy to work with in completing all the necessary paperwork.
First off, they straight up lied to us, saying it would cost $200 for a simple fix. There was a small speaker that was dangling at the back of our car. I thought that maybe they accidentally didn't put it in at our last maintenance. But I later found out the speaker is just something you stick to the ceiling with the velcro. It would have taken them 10 seconds to figure it out, but they wanted to charge $200. They said it would cost $200 to open the side panel, which was completely unnecessary. And btw, I figured out how to open the side panel by myself, it didn't require any tools, just a simple pull.
And they were extremely rude, when I wasn't even being rude to them at all. One guy straight up yelled at me with a loud no, when I asked him if he knew why the thing was dangling. He was the same guy who drove my car back to me so I could leave. My family has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with Toyota. We are a large family, so we've bought over ten cars over the decades. But I'm making sure no one in my family buys a Toyota again.
Very very busy dealership, had to stand in the sales room for 20 mins and still no one came to discuss with us, had to ask a receptionist which seemed unhappy to even bother asking for a salesperson to come help us. The only thing that made this dealership a 3 and not 1 was my salesperson, Al. Very friendly and helpful.
Just made an online purchase of a used 2013 Genesis sedan from Toyota Sunnyvale. What a seamless and great experience! On Sunday afternoon, I clicked on the interest button and within minutes, I received an email and then a phone call from Brenda. She was very helpful in describing the car's condition and after some additional investigation on my part, I called her back and we agreed on the sale and a tentative trade-in price on my 1996 Avalon. I completed and online financing application, and by Monday morning we had a deal. On Wednesday, I drove my Avalon 400 miles and when I arrived Brenda met me and they examined the trade-in, completed the paperwork, and finished the final clean-up of the Genesis. Ken, the finance guy, had the paperwork, ready and within 15 minutes with him, I was on my way back to Orange County with my new (to me) Genesis. The car performed perfectly and I have nothing but praise for the process.
I bought a pre-owned Mazda 2 from the dealers. I wanted to make the purchase hassle free as they have mentioned. The sales person showed me all documents, which look fine to me. I completed the paper work and then the sales person handed over me the key. He gave me only the manual key. When I asked for the remote key he mentioned he will look for it and asked me to call after couple of days. After couple of days the salesperson said that he is not able to find the remote key and it will be very cheap to make a new one. I took his word and he suggested me a key maker. The key maker is asking me 175$ for a remote key, which is not at all cheap.
I called the Toyota manager and told him the issue. The Toyota manager told that they never mentioned me that the car has two keys, so they are not obligated to do it. However, they never mentioned me that the remote key is missing either. They misguided me by saying it will be very cheap to buy a new one.
This a complete opposite of HASSLE FREE.
Horrible place, I had the most bizarre experience there. They told we what I wanted to hear at first, but then just lied to me daily for two weeks. And in the end just wouldn't sell me the car that I wanted. It was hard to reach anyone on the phone, and they would never call back. And when I am finally able to pick up the car, it doesn't really run, with a flashing check engine light, and almost stalling at every red light.
I saw listed online a car that was what I wanted, at the price I wanted, so went there to buy it. I talked with a guy who was trying hard to be friendly, and I showed him the listing of the car I wanted to buy. We go to find the car, which took a bit, but it was listed early, and wasn't quite ready to drive. It needed to be washed, but the interior looked good, so fine. So, I agreed to buy the car when it is ready, with the agreement that I could return the car in three days if there is a problem. They told it should be ready by the end of the next day, and I went home expecting a phone call. They didn't call me the next day, so I tried to call them. And this started two weeks of phone tag, I would call and leave messages, and be told that the car would be ready in a day or two, and then never hear back. Also I couldn't get a manager on the phone, only the one person answering the phone, and I could only leave a message.
And then the car doesn't run when I finally get it. I bring the car back, and they say they will fix it. They also said they would loan me a car while it is getting it fix, but when I get there, they say there isn't anyone there to loan me a car, or a car to loan. Once again, three weeks of lying to me, then not delivering what they say they can do.
I wanted to give them money, and buy a car, but that seemed to not be possible. The place is bizarre, and they make it hard to buy a car, and will lie to you, and you won't get a straight answer.
Overall excellent experience. Very professional behavior yet with a personal touch. Socrates was very professional in closing the deal.
I just bought a 2018 Camry Hybrid this past weekend, and this is the very first time that I'am completely satisfied with a car purchase (lease). Price was very competitive at this dealer they were very receptive to my offer and we agree on the terms very quick. the only con is that I had to drive a long way to pick up the car but it was well worth it, Jessica Wilson was really helpful during the purchase process she help me on every step on the way so could get approved and also I really appreciate that she came to work early so I could be back on the road after the purchase. Every one was very nice at my arrival overall a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!
I purchased my new Toyota Corolla 2021 which is simple superb and beautiful.. I should thank first of all shah uncle the best one who helped me to find my car and process easily... even my credit is bad they helped me a lot to find my best one.. thank you very much
We had been here many time before we bought our Toyato Sienna XLE, When we visited the Toyato Sunnyvale we were not sure which car to buy. We met Dhanen Shah, he was excellent he just took our requirement and suggested to go for Toyota Sienna XLE also made sure we took test drive and made us extremely comfortable with the process of buying the car. He was never tired to how many times we took the test drive and was extremely energetic to response to any question we had. He was really helping like a father. He provided good knowledge about all Toyota cars & helped us to find our dream car.
UPDATE: When I went back I had a better experience than previous times. It looks like they did a good job fixing the tail light. I will know for sure next time it rains or I wash my car.
I chose to take my car to Toyota Sunnyvale because of the good reviews, but so far I have been disappointed.
IN SUMMARY: though the service reps seem friendly they are lacking in reliable, individual follow-through. This has resulted in 5 visits (so far) to Toyota Sunnyvale to fix one issue.
IN DETAIL:
I brought my Scion FRS in due to a leaking tail light.
My first visit everything seemed to go smoothly. After having a look at the car, Marcus put in an order for a new tail light and made an appointment for me to come back for the installation the following Monday.
But when I showed up on Monday, I was told there was no record of my first visit and no part had been ordered. Jeff put in another order and scheduled another service appointment.
This time I called the main service desk in advance on the day I was scheduled to come in so that I wouldn't drive in vain. Once again they did not have my appointment on the books. (Later Jeff said I was on his "personal" calendar, but when I finally did come in he was busy with other things so I'm not sure what this meant.)
Still, the part had arrived and the work was done fairly efficiently. This time I dealt with Omar, who was friendly like the others. When I asked if they could replenish some of my gas for all the trips I was taking to the dealership he said they couldn't and instead gave me a coupon with $20 a future service (even though I still have over 25K miles of free services on the car).
Unfortunately, a few days later the same (now newly installed) tail light was still leaking. I called Jeff who once again asked me to come in for them to have a look.
I brought the car in this afternoon and Gianni told me it looked like they may have replaced only the tail light last time, not the seal (even though the service managers who had looked at the car and I had agreed the seal was likely the issue - so I don't know how this could have been missed).
I am pretty frustrated at this point but giving these guys one more chance to fix the leaking tail light on my 5th visit.
Great service, checked the battery and charged it for free
I went here to pick up a part for my car. It took me 20 min waiting in line (and I was second in line) before I was helped. There is only one person working in the Parts department. They need to hire more people.
Came in to do some car shopping and Diana Munoz was very helpful, I've always had toyotas and they're awesome cars, definitely be back for my next purchase
The service Luke provided was amazing and out of this world. He helped me in finding the right car, he was very patience, as in 4 to 5 hours, we saw as many cars/different models/trims, took a test drive, completed all the documentation and negotiation. And my family has a new life style with TOYOTA Camry!
Luke is so helpful, that will surely recommended my friends to come here first. Luke wish all the Sales rep where like you.
And also Daniel from Insurance team, provided amazing services and got a very aggressive/competitive price. He also helped in making a right decision in selecting the right plan and explaining the same in lay man language.
Note: Had visited other dealers/brand too.
They were very helpful through the entire process. We were able to negotiate the right price.
Stan Woloski gave us a great deal on a new 2019 Toyota Sienna XLE and gave us truly exceptional service. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make the process of buying the new car as easy as possible!
After my previous car got totaled, I was in the market for a new vehicle. While the Toyota on Steven's creek is closer to my house, I chose to drive a little farther to the Sunnyvale Toyota dealer and I was really glad I did. The staff was friendly and attentive and Ahmad Hatamieh was friendly, knowledge, patient, and overall very nice. I got great deal on my new camrey hybrid and had a shopping experience. They even provided a full tank of gas before I left, which was a cherry on top of a all ready great slice of cake.
Their service sales people will rip you off. Lying and convincing to do unnecessary and expensive services by playing the let's pray it doesn't break card. DO NOT GO THERE FOR SERVICE!
Overall I feel well taken care of and like that my dealership is there to help keep my car in good shape with oil changes, tire rotations, and safety recalls. Makes me feel like buying with Toyota was a good investment and that Toyota values its customers.
I like the selection at Sunnyvale Toyota and Helpful salesman Julian.
I originally bought my certified Toyota Camry from you guys and while it was still under warranty I had problems with the transmission and acceleration and since it was still under warranty I brought it in for a diagnosis. I described the issue and I was told that if there is nothing wrong with the car I will have to pay for diagnosis fee which is 199, and so I accepted. 2 days later I have received a phone call and the service advisor claimed that there is nothing wrong with the car and I could pick it up that day and I went and discussed the issue again but he insisted that there is no problem with the car and so paid the fees and before I even drive 1 mile I could reproduce the issue. I went back and requested to talk to the technician who diagnosed my car and when we test drive it together he found the issue right away. and sure enough, it was a torque converter that was still under warranty. they replaced it for me and promised to reimburse for the diagnosis fee but it is been 8 months and has received anything from you. I contacted by phone and left a VM but never heard back.
Update: I'm changing the rate since James was really helpful, I got my money back once I talked to him
My husband and I went on a Friday evening to check the Camry's out as he had already gotten "Preapproved" online. It was honestly one of the worst experiences. We were greeted by a guy named Papas. I admit taking my 2 kids w me was a bad idea, but his impatience made it 100 times worse. Then when it came to filling the application out, it seemed like he was talking down to us. I had to walk away and when I came back, my husband stood up and just tried to get out of there. We didn't like the way we were being treated. He took him over to the Finance guys and they too were rude. They insisted to my husband to let them run his credit even though we were trying to get out of there. I tried to be nice and tell Papas my husband and I needed to talk things out and would be back the following Sunday or Monday. He then in a very rude way asked we called first to make sure he was there "because he didn't do all this work for nothing". I know its there job to sell, but his attitude towards us was just plain bad. Therefore, we will not be returning and we will go elsewhere to go find the Camry we still want.
Very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, no pressure, reasonable.
I was helped by Amir. He spent quality time in the office and behind the wheel, both on city road and highway explaining features of the Toyota SUV that I bought. He was patient enough through the negotiations and I am happy for the price I paid.
Last but not least, he came on his day off to handover the car to me. Appreciate it.
When you go there, ask for him
solid service, courteous, reliable, convenient shuttle
Had a pretty hassle free experience purchasing a vehicle here, all people involved are very patient during the entire process. Also really impressed with their services department. The entire process of checking your vehicle in is hassle free, they provide shuttle service and the service advisers are very upfront costs for any services that may be required.
Horrible service ! Actually I didn't get any service at all ! Because my 2014 Toyota Corolla originaly came from North Carolina and I have official countrywide Toyota pre-paid maintenance plan for $800 which cover all regular maintenance activities.
But service adviser Lui told me that it's NOT working in CA and I should pay out-of-pocket by myself.
Than I go to Palo Alto Toyota and got my service without any extra payments like I did it before.God bless guys from Palo Alto Toyota !
Very helpful and supportive staff (Stan Wolowski, Diana Kennedy, Jorge, Roy). Very prompt - no time wasting. Great deals - no haggling. Was in and out in under two hours.
I would like to give high praise to Jon Cha, who made this a very smooth process from the beginning to end. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman, but also a true professional. I walked into Toyota with no intent on leaving there with a brand new vehicle, but the more time I spent talking to Jon about my situation at that time, the more inclined I became. He seemed very experience, answered all my questions, and there was no pressure from him at all. I ended up leasing a Toyota Mirai, and Jon was able to explain all the paperwork in simple terms, as well as showed me how to use a hydrogen pump (that thing can be so confusing!) Thank you Jon Cha for making my first car purchase/lease a great experience.
I went here because my check airbag light is on. The person in contact have no idea why the light is on. And, don't want to tell me the price for checking this issue. Then 4 hours later they said they can't find anything wrong with the airbags but they still recommend me to chang the airbags and want to charge me for $1200. I just don't understand why you will replace airbags if it is working properly. So I declined it. At mean time, they also want to sell me their tires for $800, which I also declined. I still ended up paying $200 for just examination without result. An unfixed bug due to Toyota can cost me $200.
Sunnyvale Toyota is where we go for all of our automobile purchases. We've purchased three vehicles from there and are very satisfied with the prices and service.
It was a pleasure to work with Reisa Grimaldo. She had excellent knowlege of the cars, loan companies, and great deals. After shopping around for a whole week we ended up at Toyota Sunnyvale and was assisted by pleasant, helpful, and understanding sales people. Reisa was caring and respectful. I would recommend this dealership anytime. Thank you.
Called in today and a lady named Nichole answered. She was very unprofessional and rude. Worst dealership in the bay area. Costumer service is only good when you're buying a vehicle. Once you come back for maintenance, all (especially the person in charge of phone call- Nichole) are bunch of joke. I once had my truck maintain for the first time and it took them 8 hrs to Finnish. Note that I had appointment that day! The guy I'm talking to kept me waiting even though the truck was not even being worked on. I end up loosing a days pay because of their disorganized serive. May as well bring your business somewhere else. Worst!!!!!!!
I had a great experience purchasing a 2020 Sienna from Cynthia at Toyota Sunnyvale. She and the General Sale Manager went the extra mile (literally) to get the car I wanted (color, accessories) and at a great price. If ever in the market for another Toyota, I would go through Cynthia and Toyota Sunnyvale again.
Toyota Sunnyvale has been a god sent. I bought my truck at Fremont Toyota a few years back, and mechanically the truck has been great. Chris has been my preferred service rep since i started using Sunnyvale Toyota Dealer. He always takes good care of me.
Specifically this is regarding the parts department, which is always staffed by very knowledgeable and friendly people. It's been this way as long as I can remember. Granted the prices can be higher (not always) than aftermarket (when there is an option at all), but some items the quality is so much better you have to go oem. And, it's nice to always know you're getting the right thing. Plus, if they don't have it stocked, they get it super fast.
We have the best experience today at Toyota Sunnyvale. Billy Bi is best car agent ever! He helps us a lot and answer all of our question about cars. He gave me the best deal for my Toyota Camry XSE V4. He very funny and kind, definitely look for him if u plan to get a new ride!
This dealership is amazing !!! They are dedicated to making sure their customers receive the best car with a good price. Dhanen shah was my car salesman & he is amazing. He help me. Thank you Dhanen Shah for your help
Fiona was very helpful and did a good job handling the car purchasing process, very smooth and no stress at all.
Worst experience at a dealer. Had to call salesman multiple times over 2 days to find out if the vehicle I was interested in was at the lot. As soon as it was he gave me a call back which was good however, I drove almost 3 hours to this dealership only to be told the car was sold 5 min. ago after I arrived. Would have been nice to get a courtesy call to say someone was actually talking numbers with another sales person. 6 hrs. Later I'm home empty handed.
This review is for Peter Parker for being friendly and to the point on all the mechanical and logistical issues.
Not only was the 60K maintenance ridiculously expensive, but their brake pads replacement caused damage of the rotors.
Later, when I looked into trading-in my vehicle to purchase a new one, they made a fuss about me asking for an internet price quote on their vehicles. Naturally, I decided not to purchase a vehicle from a dealership with passive aggressive salesmen. Despite all of the above negative experience, I decided not to leave any reviews.
However, today (3.5 months later) I received an insulting text message from one of the salespeople. I'm going to speak with their management later today and will update the review based on the outcome of the conversation with their management.
Great customer service while purchasing a new Camry Hybrid!
Andre Kamali the sale person was very helpful and caring. He provided all the information i required to make a decision fast and properly. The finance person Janet, was also nice and very helpful.
Salesperson explained all the vehicle features very clearly, invested good amount of time in Q&A and guided me in making right decision.
Thnq soo much for Sunnyvale toyota.
My friend said that vinod gave him a best car for best price. Im happy because I reffered him and he got a best car for a good deal.
Thanks To vinod and Sunnyvale toyata.
We purchased a used Honda CRV from Vinod Kumar and he was more than helpful, and went on multiple test drives with my daughter and I. Bart DiCairano, the finance manager also made the purchase go quickly and smoothly. It Just Worked!
I needed a part for a 22 year old Corolla that won't die. Called in, has some issues trying to find it, but a call back later said they could. Part was available next day.
The customer lot had a dozen places. Upon entering the sales floor, I was greeted nicely and told where the parts room was. Several customers were here end of day picking up serviced cars. I got my part and was off. No issues at all, and pleasant folks.
They tried to rip you off on maintenance. Wanted to get my 2010 Prius serviced for oil change, and they give you three options, starting from 700+ to 900+, for a car that's worth less than 9k. Said no and left. Will never come back.
