We went there last month and picked a new Civic we wanted. The saleslady was friendly and went thru all the info we needed to know. No pressure, no hassle, no attitude when it came to price bargaining. Only thing was we had to wait for the finance dept for an hour to finish the final process. Sure will come back in future.
