I was in the market to buy a used car on a budget (around 4k), but wanted something from a dealer so as not to get screwed over by a private seller. After weeks of searching, contacting dealers, and the cars I wanted being sold while I was at work, I found a 2000 Camry on the Toyota Sunnyvale website. Before driving 100+ miles to the dealer, I contacted Reisa through the online chat option. Even though Reisa works at the new car dealership, she was kind enough to go to the used dealership, verify the car was still available, test drive the car (so she could guarantee it was a good car), and hold it for two hours while I made the long drive to the dealer! I was also able to work out a deal. Reisa met me at the used dealership to finish the deal. She was very nice and personable and I appreciate that in a sales person.
