After doing all the leg work for myself before I made the 1 1/2 hr drive, I was not given the results with obtaining the vehicle I wanted nor any attempt to work with me.
Mr. Walter Sanders /salesman was given everything he needed to find me what I asked for (over a 3 day period), after numerous calls and text messages to make the process so easy, when it was closing time he was done.
He did a very poor job, he did not care if he made the sale or not, he did not care about me/customer, and when attempting to leave came to me 3 times asking if I had the keys to the Explorer we test drove.
and after much thought, I decided to write this review. Very disappointed!
