Brought my company van an 05 ford freestar in for a recall notice. I spoke to a man named Tim on the phone who assured me it would take a few days to complete and he would put me in a loaner so I can continue to make a living while my van is getting fixed. After sitting in deadlock traffic and getting there right at my 8am appointment time he writes my car up and tells me to have a nice day. When I asked him where to go to get my loaner car he tells me to hang on a minute. He then comes back to tell me they cannot provide me a loaner. I decided to leave because I couldn't go without a vehicle. After calling Ford's customer service number I find out that each dealership makes the decision to provide a loaner or not to. I will not be going back to this place for anything in regards to my company or my personal vehicle and have decided to cut them off completely through my employer. Save time and go to Nalley in Sandy Springs. This place is a joke.
