Jhonny was a lier! This is a poor company please do not choose this company to get your auto insurance they still trying to give me a high rate on my insurance every single month and I just cancelled this policy and now they still trying to get 10% of my new policy wich is a trick wich one a never approve and plus that they took my monthly payment. What a good view right? What a bad way to cheat the people! Do not take this company is a really bad one!

Just purchased my Gainsco Auto Insurance policy! I spoke with a customer service representative named Vanessa West and she did a phenomenal job. The process was really simple and fast. We went over all the information to make sure it was correct, she gave me several different payment options, and then it didn t take any time at all to process the payment of my choice. Afterwards I received very helpful emails with all the info I could ever need. This has been a very positive experience!

Hopefully they treat their customers better than those of us who have filed claims against their insured. Absolutely terrible experience.

This is my second time around with GAINSCO and I still love it. This time around my agent Brad Hagen was a big help and explained everything so well.

Also I can't leave out her Supervisor and her name is Linda Patino which I want to give her a10 star to for her professionalism in her management position
So that being said they gave me tag team service

If I could go negative I would I work for a dealership a customer of ours wrecked her car a few weeks after she bought it to her. They undervalued the vehicle by about $3000.00 they sent me comps from various sources from auto trader and other auto dealer ads the lowest the could find of course. So when I fought it for my customer I sent them back multiple comps of a much higher value which were much easier to find than the lowest values go figure i couldnt get ahold of them for 2 weeks left multiple messages and never had a return phone call from Nancy or her supervisor franco. I finally used another phone number and called wouldn't you know she answered she sounded puzzled and told me her supervisor reviewed the comps I sent but were staying with their original value when I asked why all she told me was he said their value was in line what dose that even mean. Anyway dont use gainsco

I say we need more insurance agents like David he's outstanding he walk me through every process we went through both quotes twice he made it clear to me and he's an awesome guy guys I give David 5

My experience was awful. I paid $1900 to initially start a policy I didn t even have the policy for a good 15 min before I had to cancel and the rep told me I couldn t cancel the policy out that same day and I would be charged 10% of my premium and a cancellation fee as well. I was so upset I literally just bought the policy and had to cancel because it didn t include the GAP coverage I needed. It s just crazy to me given I didn t even have the policy 15 min and I never got off the phone I literally wanted to cancel during my initial conversation and they still are charging me nearly $400 to close the policy. I wish I would have been more diligent and read into the company more. Stay away this company is awful and customer service personnel are super rude.

Gainsco is fast and affordable, and the help Johnny Garcia provided and still provides is beyond any other insurance company I have had

David was great. He worked with me to get the exact coverages I wanted at a price I could afford. He was very detail oriented and made sure all information was correct. And I ended up paying less money for better coverage than I had at Progressive.

They can't explain why my rates went up very unprofessional

First off, My rep was Johhny Garcia. Mr. Gracia was the best car insurance rep I ever met. I was telling him about my wife recently passing away and me being disabled. I told him I was on a fixed income. I had been with Geico for over 7 years. During the time my wife was in the hospital and bills i was not able to pay for one of our vehicle. Once I put our other vehicle back on the insurance the payment went up. I could not afford that. I looked around for different car insurance and GAINSCO had the best qoute on the internet. Mr. Garcia was patient with me, he was very professional with me and he was understanding. He gave me every option in choosing what kind of coverage I needed. He was very pleasant to talk to. I have my original price back that I had with Geico, Geico would not give it back to me, they stated it was nothing they could do about it. GAINSCO did something about it. Some car insurance car about the money. I truly know GAINSCO care about their customers. 5 thumps up to Mr. Johnny Garcia and GAINSCO. Thank you for picking up when I called. I will be with you guys for years. Have a day as good as you made mine. GOD BLESS.

i got an online quote that was super cheap and right away i got a phone call from Johnny Garcia at gainsco and he was super helpful and got my insurance even cheaper than what i was quoted online. i got quotes from several other companies but gainsco was cheaper than everyone by at least $120 i highly recommend them. i would contact johnny garcia at gainsco if your ever in need of cheap insurance.

I have called them 20 times starting at 14:44 up until 16:07. I have not talked to ONE PERSON. Customer service? WHERE? enter your policy number i have tens of times always tell me it s wrong no it s not then says renter or wait for a representative. TO ONLY HANG UP! I m so glad i wasn t in an accident or actually needed them! All i wanted to do was add another vehicle! Instead i went with somebody else.

Everything was awesome. David Castilleja explained everything about my policy. Gainsco gets a 5 star.

This morning I purchased auto insurance from Gainsco insurance company through Johnny Garcia. He was very thoughtful and friendly and made the whole experience of switching auto insurance companies relatively painless and even pleasant. I believe he knew that my time is valuable and get this done in record time. I appreciate this so much. He is an outstanding employee and should Receive a raise and be sent on a cruise. If everyone did their job as well as Johnny Garcia .. what a wonderful world it would be.

This company has the worst customer service ever! The wait time to talk to a REP is almost 40 minutes, They are crooks. i payed for a policy and canceled it a few days-and end up owing them money? how does that work? I had insurance with them for 3 years and I tried to go get insurance elsewhere and they didn t even acknowledge this company. I blaim myself for talking to a local agent!

Worst company ever. I paid 330 to start and my 1st install was suppose to be $276. That was the signed agreement. They took out $444 without telling me and said it was because they couldn't see my prior insurance card I sent them. How does that make sense? The image I sent was clear as day. It takes forever to get ahold of anyone on the phone. The agent by the name of Tameko took forever to reply and had so many excuses. I'm still trying to get this resolved. Supposedly they canceled my policy but they sent me no proof and just said that a check will be mailed to me. At 1st they seemed good but I'm telling people don't get with them. They take your money without your consent without a valid reason at all. I posted 2 pictures. 1st is the one they said they couldn't see and 2nd was the document apart of the agreement which I signed electronically. I just marked out the address but as you can see all the words are visible. They lie and take your money.

@ a time when i thought i hadn't a shot to get insured. Claudia came through like a beacon on a foggy beach. She made my HOLIDAYS.

My car was hit by someone insured by Gainsco 3 weeks ago and I still can't get ahold of the adjuster to get my check. She has left me 1 message and hasn't answered any calls and I have left numerous messages. Beyond irritated that I am having to pay out of my pocket to get my car back since I can't afford to be without it anymore.

For the past month, I've been looking for auto insurance, but just like anyone looking, it's a very tedious process. I've never heard of Gainsco before, but when I found out about them, I had to call to see what they offered. I was greeted by Dana, and I'll have to say she was amazing; she was very helpful, but she gets to the point as well. I never felt like she was trying to sell me a product, but actually helped me out and I really appreciated her for it. As far as the insurance, they offered the cheapest out of all the others I've tried, and I got my policy number and i.d. card in the email within minutes, so no complaint here. I had to call back a couple times and since Dana gave me her phone number, I was able to get back in touch with her every time, and I don't think any other places had that kind of rapport.

My agents name was Brad Hagen and he was wonderful!! I got things handled in a reasonable time and he kept a great conversation with me while waiting!! I will be giving all my friends their number!!!

After an extremely bad experience with another insurance company, I decided to drop them and find another company to do business with. I was so fortunate to find Kendall Price and GAINSCO. He was very professional and polite but he still had such an awesome personality that made me feel I was was special, not just a policy number. Thank you!

I was totally amazed at the service and quality I received when I called today.

I've had so much trouble with this company. They have owed me $249 for over a month now and I've not received a penny of it. I've tried to contact them countless times and still have received nothing. They keep assuring me its on its way but I haven't gotten anything and of all times I'm very short on money right now. I'm about to call their corporate, this is ridiculous. I never get angry like this with companies but I've also never received such poor service. I will never be insured with this place ever again!

Worst insurance company ever. Canceled my policy and have yet to receive a refund. Called today and after speaking with 4 different people the last 3 weeks none of them processed my cancellation until today. People are counting on every single penny right now and to be told my check was on the way only to find out today they never even started my cancellation and I have done to 4 different agents. This is horrible business.

This is a joke, they make you wait on the line and then they transfer you and then they hang you, it's amazing and apart from expensive, the insurance, then they raise the payment and they invent anything for you, there is definitely to cheat this fake scam company.

Gainsco contacted me to get car insurance. They had very reasonable prices and seemed like good customer service, I was sold. A few hours later they send me the paperwork and its completely wrong. He put my husband as the policy holder even though it was for me and my car, he excluded me? Also gave me the completely wrong coverage we had discussed. I canceled immediately by having to write a hand written letter. 2 months later I still haven't received my refund. Over an hour wait each time I call.

I have given a 1 star bc that is the lowest I am allowed to give on here. If I were to be honest this insurance does not deserve even half a star. Their customer service is horrendous! I think I know their whole staff at "corporate" by now from Jennifer the claims handler to John the appraiser, Marlin & Dominic the adjusters to Tanesha the supervisor and Melanie, Josh and Miles. Yeah I pretty much got to know the whole staff, but I never got anywhere with speaking to any of them. They take at least 45 mins to answer, either hang up on you, have no answer or send you to another person without telling you. I recently had an issue with a car hitting me and after going through what felt an interrogation Eric tells me that now I have to call the insurance of the person who hit my car and file a claim through them. I have never in my life had to call an insurance and deal with an accident, that is why I pay and insurance, so that you can handle the issue. I had the lady's insurance info, date, time and all, but they could not handle their part. I called Geico who handled everything smoothly and everything and without making me feel like I'm a criminal. This insurance is so sketchy I would not recommend it to anyone! Horrible service and they have everything handled like third party. I paid my policy last month and got a 10 day late notice. I called the Myrtle Beach, SC local office to discuss this where Louis informs me that I paid directly to the company GainsCo (which I thought I was doing business with) and not to the MPP (monthly payment plant), which I didn't know I did business with!! So now they have to refund the money back to my bank account and then once it hits my bank account I must call the local office and get them to run my card again!! This company is garbage and sketchy. Nothing about it is good!!! I was never told that I wasn't actually doing business with GainsCo and I never knew they don't actually do anything for you. They are actually against you from the very beginning. Terrible all around. Steer far far away!!!! They are definitely low in cost, but it shows for it on everything you get less of! I am disgusted with such terrible service!! Never will I recommend, go back or even mention this company to a single soul. They are not worth the time to even be mention in any light!!
