If I could go negative I would I work for a dealership a customer of ours wrecked her car a few weeks after she bought it to her. They undervalued the vehicle by about $3000.00 they sent me comps from various sources from auto trader and other auto dealer ads the lowest the could find of course. So when I fought it for my customer I sent them back multiple comps of a much higher value which were much easier to find than the lowest values go figure i couldnt get ahold of them for 2 weeks left multiple messages and never had a return phone call from Nancy or her supervisor franco. I finally used another phone number and called wouldn't you know she answered she sounded puzzled and told me her supervisor reviewed the comps I sent but were staying with their original value when I asked why all she told me was he said their value was in line what dose that even mean. Anyway dont use gainsco
