I have given a 1 star bc that is the lowest I am allowed to give on here. If I were to be honest this insurance does not deserve even half a star. Their customer service is horrendous! I think I know their whole staff at "corporate" by now from Jennifer the claims handler to John the appraiser, Marlin & Dominic the adjusters to Tanesha the supervisor and Melanie, Josh and Miles. Yeah I pretty much got to know the whole staff, but I never got anywhere with speaking to any of them. They take at least 45 mins to answer, either hang up on you, have no answer or send you to another person without telling you. I recently had an issue with a car hitting me and after going through what felt an interrogation Eric tells me that now I have to call the insurance of the person who hit my car and file a claim through them. I have never in my life had to call an insurance and deal with an accident, that is why I pay and insurance, so that you can handle the issue. I had the lady's insurance info, date, time and all, but they could not handle their part. I called Geico who handled everything smoothly and everything and without making me feel like I'm a criminal. This insurance is so sketchy I would not recommend it to anyone! Horrible service and they have everything handled like third party. I paid my policy last month and got a 10 day late notice. I called the Myrtle Beach, SC local office to discuss this where Louis informs me that I paid directly to the company GainsCo (which I thought I was doing business with) and not to the MPP (monthly payment plant), which I didn't know I did business with!! So now they have to refund the money back to my bank account and then once it hits my bank account I must call the local office and get them to run my card again!! This company is garbage and sketchy. Nothing about it is good!!! I was never told that I wasn't actually doing business with GainsCo and I never knew they don't actually do anything for you. They are actually against you from the very beginning. Terrible all around. Steer far far away!!!! They are definitely low in cost, but it shows for it on everything you get less of! I am disgusted with such terrible service!! Never will I recommend, go back or even mention this company to a single soul. They are not worth the time to even be mention in any light!!
