Gainsco contacted me to get car insurance. They had very reasonable prices and seemed like good customer service, I was sold. A few hours later they send me the paperwork and its completely wrong. He put my husband as the policy holder even though it was for me and my car, he excluded me? Also gave me the completely wrong coverage we had discussed. I canceled immediately by having to write a hand written letter. 2 months later I still haven't received my refund. Over an hour wait each time I call.
