These people has the WORST customer service on ear...

These people has the WORST customer service on earth! This will be our first and last month with them! I was on hold for 15minutes to simply pay a bill! That was after being transferred 5 times by rude call center reps!!! I can only imagine the headache I would have if I were ever in an accident and needed to use the policy
