First off, My rep was Johhny Garcia. Mr. Gracia was the best car insurance rep I ever met. I was telling him about my wife recently passing away and me being disabled. I told him I was on a fixed income. I had been with Geico for over 7 years. During the time my wife was in the hospital and bills i was not able to pay for one of our vehicle. Once I put our other vehicle back on the insurance the payment went up. I could not afford that. I looked around for different car insurance and GAINSCO had the best qoute on the internet. Mr. Garcia was patient with me, he was very professional with me and he was understanding. He gave me every option in choosing what kind of coverage I needed. He was very pleasant to talk to. I have my original price back that I had with Geico, Geico would not give it back to me, they stated it was nothing they could do about it. GAINSCO did something about it. Some car insurance car about the money. I truly know GAINSCO care about their customers. 5 thumps up to Mr. Johnny Garcia and GAINSCO. Thank you for picking up when I called.
