Worst insurance company ever. Canceled my policy and have yet to receive a refund. Called today and after speaking with 4 different people the last 3 weeks none of them processed my cancellation until today. People are counting on every single penny right now and to be told my check was on the way only to find out today they never even started my cancellation and I have done to 4 different agents. This is horrible business.
