My experience was awful. I paid $1900 to initially start a policy I didn t even have the policy for a good 15 min before I had to cancel and the rep told me I couldn t cancel the policy out that same day and I would be charged 10% of my premium and a cancellation fee as well. I was so upset I literally just bought the policy and had to cancel because it didn t include the GAP coverage I needed. It s just crazy to me given I didn t even have the policy 15 min and I never got off the phone I literally wanted to cancel during my initial conversation and they still are charging me nearly $400 to close the policy. I wish I would have been more diligent and read into the company more. Stay away this company is awful and customer service personnel are super rude.
