This company has the worst customer service ever! ...

This company has the worst customer service ever! The wait time to talk to a REP is almost 40 minutes, They are crooks. i payed for a policy and canceled it a few days-and end up owing them money? how does that work? I had insurance with them for 3 years and I tried to go get insurance elsewhere and they didn t even acknowledge this company. I blaim myself for talking to a local agent!
