My experience with David was awesome. I needed insurance in the state of Georgia. He search and researched as much as 5x to get me the best insurance for my car. Very knowledgeable in his field of car insurance,patience that is not easily shaken. I asked a ton of questions and more questions. He is a expertise at his job. Awesome and professional with a very outgoing personality. Great job, David.

Because they said that they would call me back after they have me a low quote on auto insurance.Then when I tried to call them back they raised up the quote to a much higher quote.

My parked car was hit by a Gainsco Insurance policy holder they insured without a driver's licence. To say waiting over an hour for someone to answer the phone almost made me lose my cool, it doesn't help they don't have a way to reach a human easily. Was told the driver is "covered" and the driver and myself gave statements. Promised callbacks several times and I have been the one having to do call them, usually to get voicemail. Now they say they may not cover it without giving a reason! They say the underwriting team is investigating. It has been over a week and my vehicle is not safe to drive. Enrique, one of Gainsco's staff told me I could call my insurance to fix it immediately if I wanted. WTH!? Looks like this nurse is about to lawyer up! This looks like a SHADY company that preys upon undocumented immigrants for LOTS of money but provides little coverage. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Horrible customer service. No manners. Don t want to talk to you. Delay in everything. Very rude. Very rude. Very disrespectful to others. Don t use this company.

Hello, I currently have a claim with Gainsco and my car is in the middle of getting repaired but it all came to a halt when the technical problems started. This is going on week 2 with problems. Do you have an estimated time when everything will be back up? My claim needs to get approved so the body shop can work on my vehicle. I understand things happen but 2 weeks is too long. I appreciate your time!!

When I joined a month ago was thinking I got a great deal. Cheaper is not always the best. Then wreck happened, the adjustor was rude and had no communication skills. Cancelling policy, wouldn't refund money, they said will see if I'm owed a refund once cancellation is done. I should be since it's only been a few days since payment came out of my account.

Filled a claim phone hasn t been working for almost two weeks now my adjuster phone hasn t been working haven t got in touch with anyone about my claim in over two weeks now . Had an incident and was not at fault the customer service has been horrible .

Horrible service. Been on hold for 32:39 and keep hearing "Our company's customer service is very important to us. Please continue to hold and the next available agent will assist you." If your service was important, you would answer the phone!!! Ridiculous! I just want to know why my payment has not been debited from my account, since I made the payment last week. Even with 4 calls, I have never actually gotten through to an actual person. I guess it is time to find a new auto insurer...

The first time I called I got some girl that was tied and disrespectful but when I called back the represent representative, David, made everything right and above and beyond. Really good company to be with for insurance.

This place is an absolute joke of a company my son is going through the same thing. He was told to contact the other persons insurance company to also file the claim, accident not my son's fault, he's doing all the leg work. Jenna neely is his supposed to be helping my son but she's a waste of an employee in my opinion. Does nothing, contacts no one on either side. Seriously, why is she there. And she's rude. Beware. Cheap insurance yes. But like they say, you get what you pay for.

I am very pleased with the customer service. The process for getting insurance was quick and efficient. The cost for insurance is very affordable.

Gainsco ins company is the worst insurance company ever! Every time I call to speak to someone I get hung up on or have to hold for an unreasonable amount of time and then get hung up on and because of that I have never spoke to anyone at that company. After having so many issues with them and no one responding to any issue I canceled the policy and was sent to collections about a month later, they never sent a bill to notify me that I had an outstanding account. I do not recommend this company to anyone!

GAINSCO ins company is the worst insurance company! Every time I call to talk to someone they do not answer or leave me on hold for excessive time and then hang up on and because of that I have never talked to anyone in that company. After having so many problems with them and nobody responding to any problem cancel the policy and was sent to a collection agency about a month later, they have never sent a bill to notify me that I had a pending account. I do not recommend this company to nathien!

Worst car insurance I've ever dealt with. Got rear ended by one of their insurance and it took them a week to even get any progress done. Now they're saying that they're insurance is not active. But OH, in the system that police checked, it WAS active the day of the accident. I hate LIARS... SHADY SHADY SHADY company. As a business women that recommends customers insurance, I WILL NEVER recommend Gainsco. My attorney is dealing with your company!

Filed my claim yesterday and already fussing with the claims representative and her supervisor about a rental car.
I 'm going to pray that the duration of this claim goes smooth. Reading the reviews.....I doubt it. Horrible claims dept.....spend money on customer service training classes....this company may learn something . Just awful, awful awful.

I understand COVID has taken over our world and affects a lot of things day in and day out. Trust me, I run a business, I know. But I am 1 month in to my claim with this place and I have spoken to 1 person 1 time. I can t get anyone to answer the phone. I can t get anyone to call me back after I have left numerous voicemails. I ve even contacted the supervisors extension and left voicemails there. Nothing to show AT ALL. Awful customer service. Have never had this struggle with any other insurance agency ever.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. These people called my husbands phone saying that I was involved in a hit and run accident and asked for him for information HE SHOULD OF ALREADY HAD. My husband did not believe this as the agent stated the accident happened in FLORIDA, when we are very much in a different state and can prove it. We called our insurance company to make them aware of this phone call and wanted it noted that we were not in said place on said date and what information they were asking.

The number that called my husband was a 305 area code for Miami area but when I did a reverse look up this insurance group in DALLAS, TX came up. I even tried to call the 800 listed under GAINSCO Auto Insurance and all I heard was if you are over 50 press 1 if not press 2. I select 2 since I am under 50 and guess what.....the phone call ended. (NOT FROM ME).

Be careful when it comes to scam calls, be aware and do not give out any personal information!

Horrible company! They ripped me off. I ensured my car with them, when I realized the bad deal that I was getting, I changed to a better company. Gainsco charged me for the whole 6 months even if I was with them just for 6 days! I wish I had the resources to sue them. Worst company ever.
