One of their members hit another car, than my wall...

One of their members hit another car, than my wall and fled but was located. It's been over a month and the agent ignores my follow ups, when I spoke to them they act like I'm the one inconveniencing them. My dogs and kids can't even use our back yard. Stay clear of this place, you'll probably need a lawyer to get anything fixed.

At first I had so many hoops to jump through, but then my agent, Linda Patino, helped me to clear everything up. She was beyond helpful. I was able to get a discount to lower my monthly payment to the lowest quote I had gotten from any insurance, and I was able to set up easy auto-payments.
By the way: somebody give Linda Patino a raise!!!!!

The worst people to deal with....closed on weekend...

The worst people to deal with....closed on weekends and won't return calls on time....missed 3 days of work and one tomorrow! Ugh! Why not just send over the paper work so I can get a rental! I pay 305 a month for 2 vehicles full coverage why should I worry about getting back and fourth to work! Sheesh changing insurance companies! I rather pay more and get better service!

It wouldn't let me give 0 stars. By far one of the worst companies I have had to deal with can't get a hold of anyone but the autoanswer machine. Been trying to get my claim finished for the last 2 weeks. Call everyday not answer I leave a voicemail with the info they require no call back. Very upset it's been a month and since my accident. Hope no-one else gets in a accident and has to deal with these people.

If i could give this company a NO star i would. Very very horrible customer service. Takes for ever to get someone on the phone. They are rude and will send you a bill even after you no longer have their policy because they cancelled it with out telling you/or you get another company after that. Most companies give you a 10 day grace period before charging a late fee they charge you the DAY AFTER! STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY from this company.

Iam very disappointed of this company had never had so much trouble doing a claim its been 15 days and the adjuster has not showed up at all. I have bee calling and sending e-mails and no respond from the claim representative.The company after making me wait so long for an adjuster they send me the estimate they did threw thier Gainsco application and they quoted me on used parts.Then after given me not even half of what my quote was suppose to be its been more then a week and no check. This insurance is a total JOKE please don't get robbed like they did to me.

I called and spoke with a agent who told me that my credit could not be applied to my account upon renewal because they had to make sure I was honing to renew mind I would still have to pay extra because the credit was not enough to cover my renewal. She placed me on hold after rudely asking where I sent the photos of my vehicle. I hung up called back and got Keviana and she changed my whole day!!!! Keviana was AWESOME not only was she have patience with me and asked sincere questions about my frustrations she apologized and said that she could apply my credit and get my renewal taken care of. Keviana definitely deserves a bonus, recognition, or whatever the company may do

He also "Listened" to my scenario of things which allowed him to offer me a solution to what I thought might be a problem. I have had Gainsco for 6 months and this is my 7th month (renewal month). The issue is a consistent one; website is usually down for online payments and automated phone payment rarely provides the correct information (for example, my bill is due on September 14th but the automated system states that my payment is due October 14th. I have yet to pay September's bill.). When it is necessary to contact customer service, the average hold time is 45 minutes to an hour. The customer service reps are always nice, and Nika was extremely helpful. Hiwever, I will definitely go back to United Automobile Insurance (UAI). The prices are the same, system is rarely (if ever) down, information is always correct, wait time is reasonable, and (best of all) NO LATE FEES as long as you pay before midnight on the day your policy is due.

Johnny Garcia and Gainsco Auto Insurance were great to work with, professional, personable and easy to understand. Johnny Garcia worked with me on my quote and my price range without pressuring me into any extra options I didn't need.
Not only that but there wasn't an extra high charge to start my coverage the same day(unlike any other company I've gotten insurance from in the past which was upwards of $60 more than my orginal quote).
Follow up has been great and I've only had the insurance for a day, a few questions and payment and I was covered the same day with quick emails so I have not only a copy of the agreement, but my insurance cards as well and the number of my agents office so no waiting on hold to be transferred around.
I really recommend this company, they will work with you to ensure you have everything you need.

Do not trust this company. They DO NOT care about customer service nor customer care! After my truck was in an accident, it took a week before for them to come out do an assessment and get it to a shop for repairs. Three weeks later my truck is still in the shop not able to processed because Gainsco will not accept liability even after receiving the police report. Gainsco will not answer phone calls or return phones. I have been left without transportation for month now, not able to go grocery shopping, make my medical appointments nor pick up my medication I have to have. This show me they ONLY care about themselves and their money NOT the concerns of how people affected by their unprofessionalism to do the right thing.

Recently, I was helped by two very helpful and outstanding customer service reps. I had a banking issue that caused a suspension of my services. After verifying that my bank had put a hold on these payments I was able to get reinstated on my sr22 insurance. What was VERY great was that since I reinstated the same day that my policy was suspended, I will avoid a huge fine with the dmv!. These two employees really did a great job helping me, and even stayed a little late to take my phone call the second time (I was calling several minutes past your posted hours and the voicemail had been turned on for the night). The two ladies were Emma, and Vanessa B., and they really went the extra mile to help me resolve my issue. They were patient, polite, and professional. You are lucky to have great employees representing your company so well, particularly given that customer service primarily deaths with frustrated customers. I highly recommend gainsCo to friends and family!

Hopefully you have more employees like him, if not please try to find more and have new as well as old employees to observe and learn from him. The company would really benefit from having him as a team leader and his job would be a "training leader/job coach". I would definitely recommend him or hire him if I owned a company.
