For the past month, I've been looking for auto insurance, but just like anyone looking, it's a very tedious process. I've never heard of Gainsco before, but when I found out about them, I had to call to see what they offered. I was greeted by Dana, and I'll have to say she was amazing; she was very helpful, but she gets to the point as well. I never felt like she was trying to sell me a product, but actually helped me out and I really appreciated her for it. As far as the insurance, they offered the cheapest out of all the others I've tried, and I got my policy number and i.d. card in the email within minutes, so no complaint here. I had to call back a couple times and since Dana gave me her phone number, I was able to get back in touch with her every time, and I don't think any other places had that kind of rapport.
