FIRST and LAST time booking with Flight Network! I have spent HOURS and HOURS on hold trying to re-book a COVID-cancelled flight. When I'd reach an agent, they'd either put me on hold for hours more, or hang up!! I finally got through today to re-book -- the whole process, with holding for an agent took about 3 hours. I paid for my ticket, then got an email stating that I need to pay even more, or else they won't issue me the ticket. Never have I come across such unprofessionalism or lack of customer service! Go elsewhere!!!
