Worst customer service. Waiting time to get to talk to someone is insanely long. One time the rep hung up on me while I was trying to rebook my flight. Terrible booking and rebooking experience. If your flight get cancelled and you need to rebook you can only do through FlightNetwork (oh can only do by phone so good luck waiting to get to speak to someone) and cannot do it directly through the airline (which is understandable) but they'll charge you extra fee even though you've paid the FlightNetwork fee from your first booking.

DO NOT ever book through FlightNetwork. It is not worth the headache even if it's slightly cheaper. If I can give negative star, I would.
