Worst customer service! Hardly speak English. We booked tickets from toronto to Australia and at the toronto airport we found out we can t board without visa to China ! We had a 3 hour conversation with the customer service rep and we tried to stay calm and because of him we missed our alternate flight because he couldn t book a flight he had to go through 2 other departments. When we asked for a refund they said that it wasn t their fault and the proof was that we thanked the customer service rep !! Lol. Who knew being polite doesn t help
