We have purchased tickets in August 2020 and due to the pandemic the airline cancelled the flight. The airline informed us that the funds were sent to Flight Network in mid November. It is now January 2021 and there is no sign of the money. We keep calling and the same answer it is being processed . We are starting to wonder if we will ever see that money. It is ridiculous that at a time like this they choose to keep money that does not belong to them. After this experience we will NEVER use them again. There is no chance to contact the Manager to discuss. They always say that there is no manager on the shift and that the manager will contact us back, but nobody does.
