I bought one ticket from this company recently. I am on hold more than 50+ minutes (still on the phone whiling writing review) for one query. This is very disappointing. Based on it, I am thinking whether to buy any ticket from this company ever. In retrospect, when buying ticket, the are very prompt. I think this company does not have the value of customer time and support.
