I bought a Certified pre-owned vehicle from this dealership back in 2016 and was guaranteed it had never been involved in an accident. After pulling up the Carfax report just a couple months ago it turned out the vehicle had been involved in an accident prior to my purchase date. I paid the price of a vehicle NOT involved in an accident. After contacting Feldmann s regarding this discrepancy they did not contact me back. I did not hear back from them until the attorney general contacted them asking them to contact me. The used car sales manager finally ended up reaching out to me and offered to buy my vehicle back at a ridiculous price. Can you believe he even had the audacity to say it was a generous offer? Point is be carefully with their Certified Pre-owned vehicles, According to the used car sales manager it s not uncommon for those vehicles to be involved in an accident. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again.
