GO TO SEARS IMPORTS INSTEAD. I purchased a car here in 2017 and the pre-owned car service was amazing. So I decided to refer my mom to this dealership to buy a car after she totaled her prior vehicle and we have had a TERRIBLE experience. The detailing they did on her certified pre-owned vehicle was absolutely terrible. She had to have the entire hood of the vehicle painted to cover all the chips they didn t cover in the detailing . A couple months later (1,000 miles max) she had to replace all 4 tires which Feldmann refused to pay the expenses for. Her brakes have been squeaking since she purchased the vehicle and they won t respond to her inquiry to fix them. If you want to purchase a pre-owned vehicle and pay an extra $5,000 in service they should ve done prior to you purchasing the vehicle, come to Feldmann! They ll find a way to take your extra money.
