I got my first Mercedes about 2 years ago. I was a little nervous about having such a fancy car but the staff at Feldmann's made me feel at ease from the moment I got it. In particular the service given to me by John Pfeiffer has been outstanding! He remembers me every time I have come in whether for a scheduled maintenance or when I have had self incurred problems - I actually look forward to bringing my car in for service!
